balik kg baru ni mkn pau...my mom buat..lembut gilerrrrrrrrr..then resepi dia pun lain dr yg lain..mg .lain la dr google..semua2..dah tu still tradisional lagi la..dia letak daun pisang bawahnya...then dlm air kukus letak daun pandan mmg bau pun harum jerk..tak dpt nk letak...tk sempat nk amik pic...habis jap jerk...satu trayyy

pau sambal ikut resepi dlm kotak mauripan tapi sesuka ati tambah baking powder sikit..

salam, saya ni silent reader jer...
tp 2 ari lepas saya dh cuba buat pau nih,
alhamdulillah mjadi jgk, lembut tp ada satu masaalah..
masa saya buka pau tuh naik gebu jer, tp bila dh angkat skejap pau jatuh
saya nk tanya knp jd macm tuh...

nk snap gmbr tunjuk pun xsempat sbb letak je trus abis smua.. hehehehe..

    pau tu kecut selepas diangkat kan...maybe pau tu lama sgt dibiar kembang sebelum kukus...seeloknya selepas letak inti selepas 20 min terus kukus..btw guna resepi mana?

x ingt dh resipi sape, nk selak2 blkg mls pulak..
tp wlau kemek pun masih lembut jgk cuma nmpk x cntk ler..

Kalau guna tepung gandum memang jadik kelabu2 sket ek? Sebab saye penah buat pau ayam..adakah pau nie kene gune tepung dia aje boleh jadik gebu? Nnt saye tepek gambarnya..dh agak lama dh...hihihi
