mak chazz slalu buat masak lemak telur ni time2 sengkek...time xde duit nk beli ikan....beli telur byk2 pastu masak lemak....nmpak le sedap skit....chazz ni org susah.....sedih plaks

jgn sedey hazz...makan telor best aper..saya pung selalu buat gulai telor/kurma/kari ni time sengkek ujung bulan..agak2 dah tau dah budget nak bertempiaran..saya beli sepapan telor buat stok..u r not alone..
Sampai ler la ni..stok telur sentiasa ader..pagi2 tu selang dua hari buat telur setengah masak..kasi hubby makan..tambah stamina beb:cak:
Pssttt..saya kalo buat gulai telor style mak hazz tu sure sumbing2 telor tu..wa selalu fail maa!! |

Egg Foo Yung (chinese omelette)
Saya xder sukatan yg tepat, selalu buat agak2 je tau..
telur
bawang besar (belah 4 -leraikan kelopak satu2 -ish paham ke ni?)
cendawan butang -dihiris
taugeh
udang -direbus
minyak bijan utk menggoreng (mintak biasa pun boleh)
garam
Foo yung gravy
chicken stock
tepung jagung -agak2 nak bagi pekat
gula -secukup rasa
kicap -dalam sesudu kecil
garam
pecahkan telur dalam mangkuk, pukul sampai kembang (macam buat omelette tu)
panaskan minyak, tumis bawang, agak2 layu tapi still crunchy
masukkan cendawan butang, taugeh dan udang, masakkan sekejap
masuk telur, kacaukan sikit, tapi yg sampai jadi scramble, kira still ada bentuk senget2, tak bulat betul macam omelette
angkat bila dah masak -masuk dalam mangkuk hidang
panaskan chicken stock, masuk tepung jagung, gula dan garam- masak sampai separa pekat
tuangkan gravy atas telur tadi, hidang..
kuah dia sket je, telur tu, takder la sampai berendam dlm kuah sampai kembang..
lagi sedap kalau taugeh dan bawang di biar crunchy sket
kalau tak mau guna cendawan dan taugeh -boleh gantikan dgn lada benggala
udang boleh digantikan dgn daging yg direbus dan dihiris nipis..
makan panas2, sejuk, kurengg sket la..
