o.k dari apa yg i baca.... dier ada banquet yg besar...kire party besar2 lar...dier minum sampai tak sedar diri..at the same time ada 3 org kawan dier seniri yg rasa tak puas hati...kire dendam.... nak bunuh dier dengan meracun..... racun tuh pulak i think sort of serbuk yg di letak kat feather( tak sure feather apa..mayb kipas or barang hiasan )....biler dier inhale mayb dari feather tuh...racun tuh absorb ke sistem pernafasan dier n then terus merosakkan dier punyer sarafnyer... so dier mati 3 days after that....correct me if i'm wrong...pasal dier mati perang tuh tak tau pulak...mayb ada betuinyer....

lagi pun benda nih di kaji oleh ramai org....n i think setiap pengkaji had different view/ opinions/ idea/ intrepetation......

aku plak dgr citer dia mati kena malaria..

dia pegi berperang somewhere kat india/afghanistan, pastu waktu di kem, dia kena demam malaria, terus meninggal di situ..

ISKANDAR ZULKARNAIN


    Dia dilahirkan diMacedonia. Kepadanya dikurniakan Allah otak yang pintar, fikiran yang panjang dan berbagai-bagai ilmu pengetahuan: Ilmu perang, ilmu politik dan ilmu teknik dan kimia.
    Dari semenjak dia masih kecil, hatinya sudah tidak enak melihat perang yang selalu timbul antara Timur (Kerajaan Persia) dengan Barat (Kerajaan Rum). Perang yang tidak henti-hentinya dan tahun ke tahun, malah dari abad ke abad, yang telah menewaskan ribuan manusia dan merosakkan bumi, menghancurkan banyak harta benda.
    Untuk menghindarkan perang antara Timur dengan Barat yang sudah bertradisi ini, dia ingin mendirikan sebuah kerajaan besar yang meliputi Timur dan Barat.
    Padanya terdapat segala syarat untuk menyampaikan. maksud dan tujuan hidupnya yang maha besar itu. Selain dia seorang yang baik, berakhlak yang tinggi, berilmu pengetahuan tentang ketenteraan, tentang pemerintahan dan teknik, akan dapat membawa dia sampai dipantai cita-citanya.
    Mula-mula sekali dengan tenteranya yang lengkap kuat, dia menuju ke Barat (Maghribi atau Moroko), tempat terbenamnya matahari. Disitu dilihatnya matahari itu terbenam dimatair yang bertambah hitam, iaitu Lautan Atlantik sekarang ini.
    Disitu didapatinya satu bangsa yang terlalu engkar dan kafir, hebat sekali kerosakan dan kejahatan yang ditimbulkan bangsa itu. Bukan saja merosakkan permukaan bumi dan mengacaukannya, tetapi juga sudah menjadi tabi抋t mereka suka membunuh orang-orang yang tidak bersalah sekalipun.
    Sebelum melakukan tindakan, terlebih dahulu Iskandar Zulkarnain menadahkan tangannya ke langit, memohon petunjuk kepada Allah, tindakan apa sebaiknya yang harus dilakukan terhadap bangsa yang begitu kejam. Apakah bangsa itu akan digempurnya habis-habisan atau akan dibiarkan begitu saja?
    Tuhan menyuruh Iskandar Zulkarnain membuat pilihan salah satu diantara dua tindakan: Digempur habis-habisan sebagai balasan atas kekejaman mereka selama ini atau diajar dan dididik dengan propaganda, agar mereka kembali kepada kebenaran dan meninggalkan segala kejahatan.
    Akhirnya Iskandar Zulkarnain memutuskan akan menggempur mereka yang derhaka dan jahat sehebat-hebatnya dan membiarkan serta melindungi orang-orang yang baik diantara mereka. Pada bangsa itu, Iskandar Zulkarnain lalu mengucapkan kata-katanya yang ningkas: 揝iapa yang aniaya, akan kami seksa dan dikembalikan kepada Tuhan agar Tuhan memberi seksa yang lebih hebat lagi. Adapun orang-orang yang saleh dan baik, akan kami lindungi serta diberi ganjaran-ganjaran dan kepadanya kami hanya akan perintahkan kewajipan-kewajipan yang ringan saja.

Alexander was born in 356 BC in Macedonia, the area around present day Thessaloniki in northern Greece. Though the Macedonians might have considered themselves part of the Greek cultural world, the other Greeks might have viewed them as half-barbarians. Alexander's father, King Philip, was an energetic ruler who had started a systematic policy of expanding his kingdom. Philip's main conquest was that of the Greek mainland, after his victory at Chaeronea in 338 BC. Alexander, still in his teens, commanded the Macedonian cavalry during this battle.

In 336 BC King Philip was killed and Alexander ascended to the throne of Macedonia. Within the next twelve years Alexander conquered almost the entire known world of his era. Though Alexander made use of the well-oiled army created by his father, he pushed the limits of Macedonian & Greek power to levels King Philip could not have dreamed of.

Cyrus (580-529 BC) was the first Achaemenian Emperor. He founded Persia by uniting the two original Iranian Tribes - the Medes and the Persians. Although he was known to be a great conqueror, who at one point controlled one of the greatest Empires ever seen, he is best remembered for his unprecedented tolerance and magnanimous attitude towards those he defeated.

Upon his victory over the Medes, he founded a government for his new kingdom, incorporating both Median and Persian nobles as civilian officials. The conquest of Asia Minor completed, he led his armies to the eastern frontiers. Hyrcania and Parthia were already part of the Median Kingdom. Further east, he conquered Drangiana, Arachosia, Margiana and Bactria. After crossing the Oxus, he reached the Jaxartes, where he built fortified towns with the object of defending the farthest frontier of his kingdom against nomadic tribes of Central Asia. The victories to the east led him again to the west and sounded the hour for attack on Babylon and Egypt. When he conquered Babylon, he did so to cheers from the Jewish Community, who welcomed him as a liberator- he allowed the Jews to return to the promised Land. He showed great forbearance and respect towards the religious beliefs and cultural traditions of other races. These qualities earned him the respect and homage of all the people over whom he ruled.

The victory over Babylonia expressed all the facets of the policy of conciliation which Cyrus had followed until then. He presented himself not as a conqueror, but a liberator and the legitimate successor to the crown. He took the title of "King of Babylon_ King of the Land". Cyrus had no thought of forcing conquered people into a single mould, and had the wisdom to leave unchanged the institution of each kingdom he attached to the Persian Crown. In 537 BC he allowed more than 40,000 Jews to leave Babylon and return to Palestine. This step was in line with his policy to bring peace to Mankind. A new wind was blowing from the east, carrying away the cries and humility of defeated and murdered victims, extinguishing the fires of sacked cities, and liberating nations from slavery.

Cyrus was upright, a great leader of men, generous and benelovent. The Hellenes, whom he conquered regarded him as 'Law-giver' and the Jews as 'the annointed of the Lord'.

The Jaxartes (now called Syr Darya river) forms the northern and eastern limits of the Kyzyl Kum desert. It flows through Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

One of the principal rivers of central Asia, it is formed in the Fergana Valley , E Uzbekistan, by the junction of the Naryn and Kara Darya rivers, which rise in the Tian Shan Mts. It flows W through Tajikistan, then NW through Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, past Kyzylorda, and into the northern basin of the Aral Sea.

The Fergana Range (part of the Tian Shan system) rises in the northeast and the Pamir in the south. The narrow Khudjand Pass in the west has historically served as an invasion route into the valley. The Xinjiang region of China borders the valley in the southeast.

That info should give us a general idea on the location or origin of Gog and Magog. Could the wall have been built at the Khudjand Pass ? Could Gog and Magog lie to the west beyond this pass?
