Aku duk tilik statement epf aku tadi. Tak cukup 20 k pon uols kat accaount satu tu.. By the way ig ...

proses nak dpt loan depends kat bank n depends pada kecukupan docs yg TT bg.

My 1st exp beli umah rege +/- RM230K (Bumi price ...skrg semua umah baru dah cecah rm450 above kat situ huhu) kat area Bandar Puteri Klang late 2008 dulu ... ngan OCBC jugak ... sepantas kilat .. dr byar booking sampe dapat masuk umah just around less 3 months je (umah dah siap, tp umah baru)..

2nd exp - beli umah abah also kat area klang with OCBC loan jugak ... lambat sket ade dkt 4-5 mths sbb byk docs kene cr from another bank n developer asal umah tu dah pupus agaknye ...

Urusan dgn lawyer x lama sgt ... siap S& kita p sign n bayar ... nnt dia complete kan all docs bg kat kita ... agreement with bank pon x lecey sgt ... dah siap semua nnt dia panggil kita dtg sign setebal2 agreement tuh ...

All in, the process will take roughly about 3-5mths ... 5mths tu kira top dah tuh....

O ye, prepare duit ntok S& yer .. mase aku beli umah 1st tuh ... kalo x silap rm4k + jugak la byr S& ... mende ni ikut harga umah ... ade schedule ... check ngan lawyer k ... tp 1st time beli dpt 50% off ntok duti ape ntah ... lupa lak ...

Kalo loc n condition umah tu mmg OK, aku suggest better la ko usaha jugak beli prop tu ... sayang ... baik start kumpul harta muda2 nih ... good luck

Kat kg delek Klang .. ade org nak jual tanah suku ekar RM95K ... huhu .. tanah panas situ ... tp x mampu plak nak tambah prop dlm masa terdekat nih .. haih ...

Uols.. Saya ada satu lagi pertanyaan, masa pergi tgk bungalow yang harga 300 k tu, i ada jugak tanya ejen yang uruskan.. Dia kata lawyer pemaju uruskan, cuma kena bayar pindah milik RM 2 k.. Apa tuh? I bimbo tak tahu
