Rolled oat kena masak atau boleh makan dgn cold milk mcm cereals?
Masa bersalin dulu hospital served oat for breakfast.. Yg berbiji2 bukan hancur mcm instant oat. Sedap .. Mcm mana nak buat tu?

Oat is a must breakfast untuk saya.

Setiap pagi saya akan buat smoothie. Cuma masukkan semua bahan di bawah ni dalam blender dan minum.

kolagen ( rumpai laut ) + 4 sudu oat +  2 sudu non-fat milk + flaxseed + psyllum husk + 1 apple + raisins + ice.

Memang sedap sangat tak perlu gula, bila combine kan apple ngan raisins sebab raisins tu dah natural sweetener.
