bgs ke bt ozone tu tp ada kajian kan kata jgn kerap sgt bt ozone nanti dijangka panjang akan mendata ...

oo ye ke ada efek sampingan...mgkin sskali buat ok kot hehe
sy lom kawin lgi...
ada juga amalkn bacaan ayat suci...tpi disbabkn daya tahan badan sy x kuat pd tgh mlm...x dapat nk baca byk...badan sakit2 n x tgambar la letih yg sy alami..kna kuatkn dri lpas ni...huhu

tu la ozone terapi tu...mcm nk test skli...
inshaaAllah cuba gagahkn diri n btahan utk amalkn ibadah sunat tgh mlm...

Anyway ozone ni 03 tapi akan pecah menjadi o2 (oksigen) dan O.

bestnya klu dh test skli terapi ni...

I advise you buat detox.
I pun dulu ada masalah mcm ni juga.Pukul 3-4pagi I akan terjaga tak boleh  ...

penah dgr gak kwn info benda ni...diorg kata sy ni byk toksin kot...yg paling ketara berat badan sy makin naik smjak 3 bln ni...

dgn cara exercise badan bukan saja sihat,segar tp boleh kurangkan toksin dlm badan j ...

tu la...senaman tu mcm wajib kena buat kn...

u ada masalah ke sampai datang masalah tak boleh nak tidur?

selalu i kalau tak boleh tidur, ada masalah kerja or masalah lain buat i stress..

kalau takde masalah, senang sgt nak lena, especially betul-betul tgh penat..cuba u try kosongkan minda and sleep.

2. try makan apple hijau or kopi..memudahkan kita lena dan mudah bangun pagi.

3. detox

4. excercise

5. whatsapp la bf..ke kawan yang boleh diajak borak malam-malam..

nie pengalaman aku la kan...ms anak aku kecik umur 1thn ke bwh aku tiap2 mlm dengarkan dia surah yasin dr hf aku...n aku pun tertido sama...ms mula2 bt terase mcm something yg kuar dr bdn aku coz aku pakai selimut tutup dr kaki ke dada...bergetar gak bdn...tp aku time tido ok jer...pantang letak bdn atas tilam...berlayar la aku dibtnye...

baru 2 hari try minum susu sblm tido....dgn harapan dpt la lelap...tpi tetap bjaga sbb msih bole dgr bunyi cengkerik time tido...haha...adoiii kronik dh ni...
