ioll pernah nmpk sorang pramugari AA..kaki belak2..ada parut penuh 1 kaki walau pakai stokin hitam AA yg jarang tu..still nmpk..mulai saat tu..ioll fikir..pramugari AA ni asl boleh je tak payah cantik mcm MAS..

.. saya tak pernahnaik AASia ... dan tak ada rasa nak naik AA .. ke mana mana ke luar negara saya pilih MAS .... biasa travel bisnes so tak pernah tengok kegampangan kabin crew dengan pasenger kelas ekonomi ...  I sayang MAS... hehe

masa baru lepas kes MH370 rituh pun dah dengar ramai pilot/pramugari nak resign. tapi tak sangka la sampai beratus-ratus.

Macam la MAS provide training tu for free  

Pilot training, cost per cadet around RM250K now. On completion, dah la kena bond, lepas tu kena bayar balik duit training tu.. potong gaji bulan bulan.. macam PTPTN juga.

Cabin crew and Engineer, tak perlu bayar balik tapi kena bond.

So sepatutnya tak timbul la isu duit banyak mana habis untuk train the crew bagai tu.. Nothing is free. Bila habis bond, atau bayar bond.. everybody free to go mana mana company yang dia suka.

Masalahnya, MAS punya policy yang merugikan, bila staff dah resigned, pilots misalnya, kerja with other airlines, tak diterima kalau nak masuk balik.. padahal by virtue of working with other airlines, flying to many other parts of the world, a lot of experience gained. Other airlines tak kesah pilots dia keluar masuk.. they are professional anyway..

kalau haprak semua l ...

mmg ade perjanjian dan bond
dan kos yg mas keluarkan utk train all the staff especially pilot bukan la free
ianya interest free loan
tiap2 bulan kalu keje mas, kena potong gaji
kalau dah abis bond, loan utk basic traininig tetap dipotong
kalau berhijrah kat tempat lain
dikehendaki bayar sepenuhnya

brapa lama bonding dgn MAS ni?
aku rasa, kalau tempoh bonding dia da cover balik dengan kos dorang latih krew2 MAS, resignation beramai ni bukan lah satu kerugian.
lgpun, biasa dalam praktis mana2 syarikat, mesti akan ada notice period, sebulan, dua bulan etc. makin tinggi pangkat makin lama notice period.
jadi walaupun ade resignation besar besaran MAS tidak rugi apa2 pun kalau praktis yang mereka amalkan tu betul.

i dont see this as a problem pun, kot.

Pembayaran gaji lebih penting kalau keadaan syarikat yg bermasalah mcm ni so bersyukur lah kalau masih menerima gaji
Seperti mana posting sorang forumer, walaupun MAS sedang dlm menghadapi kemelut masalah tapi pembayaran gaji tetap tepat pada masa so bersyukurlah wahai pekerja MAS walaupun sekian lama tak dpt bonus

Mas are losing their engineering experts from time to time.

Diorang akan hire dan train mekanik baru dengan gaji murah dan kontrak sahaja.

Sedarlah wahai pengurusan mas, jangam aniaya pekerja anda. Jangam korang je masyuk, yg lain tak berjaga
