Hi Andalism,
I pun akan buat europe trip in Feb next year (France-Swiss-German-Netherlands) naik train, so I purposely pilih those areas sebab within the train route.
I plan stay Interlaken for 4 days 3 nights, and I jadikan Interlaken as my base. I think okay je if you nak stay Interlaken 2 hari sebabnya you boleh pergi ke area2 yg you mention tu guna train which feasible & doable; but perlu ambil Swiss Travel Pass. Macam I ambil Eurail Global Pass sebab nak travel multiple europe countries. Hehe.
In fact, nanti pun I plan nak pergi tempat2 yg you mention tu. So I dah booked siap2 acccommodation area Interlaken West Train Station (I pilih hotel/Airbnb dekat train station sebab senang). If you nak stay area Lauterbrunnen pun okay but I think price kat sana mahal sikit compared to Interlaken (based on my survey).

Alhamdulillah dah selesai trip last september. I tidur interlaken 2 nights pastu zermatt 1 night. the rest base rumah uncle i kat zurich.
fully travel with STP with 1 kids, 1 toddler and mil. heheh semua smooth je
now rindu switzerland. Ada rezeki nak repeat during winter pulak
