work out tak semestinye joging semata..
kita bole buat lunges..sit up..push up..jumping jack..
mel pun ikutkan takde masa gak..
tapi mel ade cd work out kat umah..so mel ikut cd jela..dan mel mmg amalkan tiap kali bgn pagi push up dan sit up dulu..
ubat tu mmg cepat kurus..tapi once u stop..berat akan naik 2 kali ganda dr berat teja skang..
hokeh....teja out sat ye...
nk teman mmber p bank...
wat habang joe...habang joker,jgn lupe pm teja email memasing......nk lg afdal bg teja alamat umah...nk pos kad kawen
