kurang air xkot.sbb sehari ade kot 4,5 liter sy minum air.tapi berlapar tu mungkin.sbb dh seminggu ni tak selera nak tengok ayam,ikan,telur.nk muntah pun ade.

takleh berlapar ke?

kalo ok alhamdulillah la,tapi hari ahad haritu menggigil2 sbb xde gula kot.lagipun sy ni ade low blood pressure

cepat2 sy capai roti gardenia hijau setengah keping(around 5.5g carbs) telan.terus ok sket

biasela hari ahad byk aktiviti tambahan mengemas2 rumah,terus xcukup tenaga

dami..mengikut pembacaan aku..atkins xleh berlapar...bila ko berlapar..metabolisme jadi rendah...bila metabolisme rendah  pembakaran lemak jadi slow..=)

    a'ah...xlebih dr 20grm..2 yg asas je..tapi ade banyak info lagi yg kite kene tau..cam aku cakap la..air kene banyak..sebab air akan neutralkan apa yg ko makan...jadfi la air kencing=)..org ckp air kencing yg kaler2 tu sbb toksin..tapi kalo ko kuat minum air..air kencing jadi jernih..buah pinggang pun bersih je=)...

    snack yang paling senang adalah telur rebus..mmg kenyang..ko letak la mayo..memang best..xpun sosej pun boleh..cuma sosej tu ko kene kira carbs dia betul2 la=)

hari2 mkn telur muak la.pastu naik jerawat kecik2 asik balun telur je pagi2 hihi.

low blood pressure tu dh jd history,abt 4-5 yrs ago.skang dh ok.cume tkt die dtg balik je.sy rs ok diet ni,sbb mkn red meat jugak.dulu jd cenggitu sbb kurang red meat.

    xpe midori..badan kite lain-lain kan..hanye kite je yg paham badan kite...ko teruskan la diet kalori ko tu..aku kat sini sentiasa bagi sokongan asalkan untuk kebaikan ko...aku rasa ramai jugak yg wat diet kalori kat sini kan...kite share la ape yg patut=)

hari nih dah pening nak makan ape utk lunch...aku nih bukan ape...kalo masak sendiri tu mcm kurang selera arr..tadi pagi dah makan sosej ramly 2 batang(3.2 carb)cheese 2 slice(1.4carb)telur dadar 2 biji(+-1.5 carb) semuanya dah6.1 carb..tinggal lagi 13.9 carb jer utk hari nih..ingat nak makan yg tak der carb langsung ler utk lunch&diner nih
