yup, lunges is the best leg exercise for women.. for men also.. tp lunges is the very very hard exercise though.. sbb aper? sendiri pernah buat sendiri mau ingat.. pada aku squat lagi senang dr lunges.. aku kalu buat lunges aku buat high rep (15-20 reps per set).. tuh pon jarang2 buat, sekali sekala.. rasa stress sgt kat knee joint..

tp bini aku aku suruh squat jer.. bodyweight squat.. mula2 tuh mmg melawan, malas la, tak larat la etc.. aku paksa jer.. skrg dah jadi rutin.. sblm kitorang joging, mesti buat squat dan exercise lain spt bench dip, pushup etc.. lepas baru gi lari... lepas body fat dia turun constantly.. lepas tuh takde dah nak herbalife.. kalu tak dia tanak caya.. aku tak pernah pon nak herbalife bagai.. hehe, sorry yer herbalife

kepada sesapa yg tak tau apa benda lunges tu... nih pic nya..



aku pun baru tau benda ni namanya lunges.. selama ni aku ingat apa la yg aku buat...
tapi frankly speaking... benda ni mmg damn hard, painful, tiring, exhausting, apa lagi... tapi mmg efective gila, tak tipu! haha...

Buat satu set pun jadi la... 15 kanan, 15 kiri, konfem jantung bedenyut lagi kuat drpd buat cardio!
Benda ni lah antara penyebab aku fobia nak workout time join fitness first dulu. Ko bayangkan ar, aku dgn tak pernah exercise time tu, badan chubby gila, baru first day register, trainer dia suruh aku jogging 10min. Aku dah rasa mcm nak pitam, dgn air liur kering, tekak mcm nak temuntah hijau dah pun! haha.. pastu dia dok tepi treadmill tak bagi aku stop! dalam hati berterabur aku maki mamat tu! hehe..

Lepas jog, dah suruh buat benda alah lunges nih 3 set plak, 12reps kiri kanan. Gila ka happa! aku mmg mcm nak flat ja time tu.. nak jalan pun dah tak betul, tapi terpaksa control ar, malu punya pasal... Last2 lepas tuh aku skip exercise, terus join kelas cardio. Sbb best dgn Hi-Lo, step dance, kick boxing, pilates, Cycling and yoga class (time tu yoga tak haram lagi..hehe), terus aku masuk classes ja sampai retired kat fitness first.

Anyway, skrg dah improve alot.. jogging no longer a problem.. paling lama aku buat, 12km non-stop, speed 8km/hr within 1.5hr. Satu yg aku belajar, kalau nak jogging jgn bernafas ikut mulut. Mulut tutup, bernafas ikut hidung. InsyaAllah lama2 akan ada improvement. Aku dulu jgn kata seminit, 50meter pun dah pancit. So go by stages, and improve gradually... gud luck! hehe :victory:

women will never ever get mascular from lifting weights naturally. utk build muscle salah satu komponen yg penting ialah testosteron yg dihasilkan dari testikel. ya, mmg perempuan ada sedikit dlm badan mereka,
tp 40x lebih rendah dari lelaki.

aduyyaii.. wakakakak.. betul tu.. kebanyakan pompuan takut besi sbb takut jd muscular.. cam bini aku gak.. lepas 3-4 kali aku basuh baru la nak percaya..
btw, kalu mcm kat atas tu..  aku pon nak sumpah gak.. tanak kuar rumah..

ladies are meant for curves and smooth.. not edges and rough... hehehe

saya ada golden triangle membership
dan ada trainer kat sana -

depa yang ajar dulu - apa kena buat semua
guna machine sana.. tapi kalau balik rumah
guna dumb bell saya aje -

saya jogging petang bila balik kerja -
dalam 3 times/ week - tak lama 30 min aje -
dulu compete juga - sekarang just untuk
suka2... participate  for fun and health -

memang kena work on tummy sokmo -
buat sit up... ah - sambil tengok tv pun boleh buat
letak aje kaki kat couch -- baring kat lantai -- tu pun okay
tapi breathe kena betul la -

pada saya.. penting juga buat weight -
buat weight sikit2
terutama untuk biceps dan triceps -
daripada fat meleweh aje..  -- baik keras dengan muscles -
tapi tak perlu sampai muscular - urat dawai macam alpha ye -

lol @ risau kurang ayu...

tak yah nak risau2 pasal tu... -
kadang2... dok mekap sana sini macam lotong pun...
tak ke mana pun 'keayuannya' tu... gs -

pandai2 aje jaga dan maintain body -
jangan gomok... sampai tak muat pintu -

makan pun.. tau mana yang patut diambil

apa yg aku perhatikan, secara puratanye rakyat Malaysia malas nk bersenam/bersukan.
tapi perempuan lagilaaaaaaaaaaaa malas. hehehe....
at least kalo lelaki yg tk workout, diorg main sports, badminton/futsal.

maybe sedari dexa bleh jwb? heheheh....

tu laa... aku pun rasa dexa ni hot chick ni! hehehe... sory dexa, it's a compliment actually... :victory:
bukan calang2 pompuan yg boleh jogging setengah jam selamber.. aku penah jogging kat track stadium MPSJ kat USJ 10 dulu... ramai awek2 yg kaki jogging nih semua badan mantap2.. hehe... kalau yg tak mantap tu, konfem jalan jer... tak pun jogging 100m dah stop...

tapi ada couple matsalleh ni mmg salute gila ahh... laki bini anak beranak jogging 40 round lebih track tu selamber ja... almost tiap2 hari plak tuh... 40 round tuh yg sempat aku kira ar... pastu aku pun dah penat nak kira.. mmg stamina kuat betul...

tak bro.....sejak aku benti kerja kat Clark Hatch, aku lom dpt kerja baru lg la.
aku just run biz kecik2 je.
aku pon tk pasti nk kerja fitness field atau yg related to my degree la. nak run biz fulltime modal pusing asik tk ckup ja.

fitness filed klo stkt instructor, gaji kecik gile, tak berbaloi, tp enviroenment fun, dpt jumpa awek2 seksi...hahaha
opss...bukanla...mskud aku awek yg ada minat sama ngn aku

kerja opis, maybe gaji ok skit, tp environment bosan.....duk dpn PC n ari2 opismate sama gak...n rutin pon sama
