daripada vid tu kan.. obviously, trekking equipment yg paling penting ialah payung..
payung tu last2 jadi tongkat ko....heheh..mmg berguna...nanti ramai rombongan makcik org h'mong tu ikut ko dari hotel so don worry depa akan bantu ko turun naik bukit yg susah tu...but jgnlah lupa bli apa2 ngan depa bla samp kat kampung depa tu...:-)

nak tgk video tu kat mana? nak jugak menvisual kan trip nanti.. kalo ala2 susah ku kene la pikir c ...
kalo mak ko dh biase aktiviti trekking nie no prob..
1st day tu bila mula2 pegi mmg trekkingnya ok...turun bukit je...jalan pun rata...bila sampai kampung pertama tu..turun tangga sikit tapi masih ok..then g waterfall tu kena turun tangga...curam sikit...bila nak g kampung seterusnya kena naik tangga..yg nie aku almost giveup..hahaha..maklumlah stamina pun kurang..aku suruh team aku jalan dlu...lepas tu jalan die mendaki je...
n yg paling x ley lupa..ingatkan bila balik ade van amik..rupa2nya tiada..so we all kena walked back to the hotel so macam mendaki bukitlah balik...pancit gue.. tapi sepanjang jalan tu ade je motobike berenti ty nak naik ke..tapi aku jual mahal..
best nya teringin gak nk g hanoi ni tp saya nk tau laa kalau dari HCM - Hanoi tu berapa lamai perjlnan...
