kita tengok gif tu kan, itulah yang orang panggil lompat bintang? hehe. tapi memang letih la kan, kena buat 4 gerakan berbeza.

sekarang I mampu buat push up yg with knee on the ground je.....the coach said dia akan target sampai I boleh buat perfect push up...I was like..noooo I cannot doooo....sakitt...
camne nak kuatkan bahu.. isk.. lagi satu kan perempuan berat kat bahagian pinggul.. hehe, macam elle cakap la.. kena tahan dengan lutut.



kita part squat tu tak concern sangat..rasa mcm dah okay je...hehe..kalau buat squat selalu habis lah cannot wear baju kurung moden la I nanti..

kita more target abs area..hehe..

haha. sexy bum. kalau untuk abs, camni ke senamannya?

romantiknya di bawah cahaya bulan purnama. hehe. ramai tak yang join?

I guess sbb kita ada buat yoga then buat pilates and join dance class so part stretching mmg no problem
elle pernah masuk dance class rupanya. apasal kita bayangkan elle masuk ballet. kita takde yoga mat.. hehe, alamak, boleh eh dah tua pun buat stretching. sebab rasa macam dah keras je pinggang... yang penting jangan paksa-paksa?. elok buat waktu bila ya. pagi ke petang?

kita pergi pasar tani tadi. rutin hari ahad. takde beli apa pun. beli nasi impit je untuk sarapan.

a'ah macam lompat bintang..even the lompat bintang itself dah tiring kan..apatah lagi kena buat together with other moves... kalau I sendiri exercise kat rumah I will not force myself that much..i will be like I;m tireddd..nak rehattt..hehe...

hehe bumbum heavy..  
nak kuatkan bahu kena buat weight training..sama ada dari dumbbell, atau just using our body weight..mcm push up tu dah kira guna our own body weight as weight training.....

pastu ada dominant arm and less dominant... I tangan kiri kurang strong/less dominant arm so kena banyak kan exercise tangan tu.. so obvious masa kena buat exercise mcm ni..



tapi kaki I atas box bukan atas gym ball..I dont have to do push up sbb tak strong lagi kan..so just need to touch the shoulder by alternating hand...bila tangan kanan touch bahu kiri kena balance badan dengan tangan kiri..so bila turn nak balance badan guna tangan kiri, can see my left hand wobbly like that...kalau balance badan dgn tangan kanan steady je..
kalau untuk abs, camni ke senamannya?


ya..macam gambar Biang letak tu la..tambah dengan exercise butterfly kick,jackknife...tu semua workout utk abs...

yang jackknife tu macam ni yg advanced level...



tapi I mampu buat yg macam ni je...

pagi pun okay petang pun okay....janji buat....kalau tak sempat pagi, buat la waktu petang..macam tu.... nak tido pun masih boleh buat light stretching...yg ni I buat main2 je..hehe sebab atas katil kan...

jealous nya boleh pergi pasar Tani...  Umi kita ada pergi pasar hari Sabtu hari tu..beli daging nak buat rendang tapi sayang je daging tu orang tu potong salah so jadi liat...>.<  sakit gigi I semalam makan daging liat...>.<   dah la pakai braces so gigi tak berapa stabil...bahaya betul...  

Biang beli nasi impit...lontong ke? takde beli sayur,daging ke..?..

tengah stress...Kita nak tukar from Hotlink to Celcom Xpax tapi nak kekalkan nombor sekarang...I baca online kalau tukar macam tu nanti previous credit will be forfeited... my credit ada rm150 kott....sayang nya kalau burn macam tu je kredit...tapi line Maxis sangat teruk la this past few months..orang call nombor kita tak dapat,masuk voicemail terus.. msg pun tak masuk....><

teringat dulu masa sekolah, latihan netball. cikgu suruh angkat dumbbell yang 5kg tu.  pastu cikgu kita kata kesian nak suruh pegang dumbbell lama-lama, lengan kurus macam tak larat je. sekarang tak angkat dumbbell dah. angkat beras 5kg / 10kg je masa shopping. ekeke.

niceeee.... takde le ketul sangat.. ehehe.



bila tangan kanan touch bahu kiri kena balance badan dengan tangan kiri..so bila turn nak balance badan guna tangan kiri, can see my left hand wobbly like that...kalau balance badan dgn tangan kanan steady je..
baru tau camtu cara nak tengok tangan mana lebih dominant.. tapi kalau kita right handed, dah tentulah tangan kanan lebih dominan kan..
