hai.... saya buyer kat setia alam. b4 this pun dh bnyk xplain dlm this thread. so kalau rajin selak2 page blkg.
xnyesal saya beli kat ctu. Community ++. Landskap mmg menarik. Facilities suma ada. School, hall, petrol pump, taman, kedai2, surau n masjd pun akan ada. Bole tgk www.spsetia.com.my. Bole gak join forum www.setiaalam.net |

kat sana dh byk kemudahan..
mmg byk umah nk dijual..tp sume 2nd hand la..
price sgt bbeza..tgk jenis umah la
area tu nmpak cam ok gak..
kota kemuning ni cam considered as chinatown of s'alam
sbb mmg majoriti chinese..
surau mmg xbyk la..
masjid baru nk buat..
sana sumenye freehold |

developer Lebar Daun (kalo tak salah, Khir Toyo punye)
tletak kat sebelah bukit cherakah..
tanah lease hold..
access road ikut sek8 shah alam..not bad..
...
takleh nk dbandingkan ngn setia alam..
sbb setia alam ada township sendiri..
bab2 lain aku tak tau sbb tak dok situ.. |

umah subsale mmg byk la..
buleh dpt 20x70 dlm rm260k..
kawasan baru yg bdekatan ngan kotakemuning mungkin ade yg baru launch..
mcm kemuning utama atau pun bukit rimau..
shah alam dh xde dh umah setingkat2 ni..
nk yg tu kena g klang
sebenanye target nk umah yg camna?
kawasan mana?s'alam byk lagi choice..
tak semestinya kotakemuning.. |

br duduk kat bukit bandaraya dlm 1 bln lebih. OK je. Community kat situ best n baik2. siap ada guard ronda2 lagi. (tapi byr bulan rm50/- ler). Access road from seksyen 8. sudah siap phase 4, tinggal lagi 8 phase utk complete.
Cuma we all skrg tgh tak puas hati dgn developer sebelah kawasan je (developer ecopark rasanya). Diaorg dok blasting tanah, sampai ada rumah jiran retak2. Other than that, ok jer. |

tak naik2..
kalo tak kisah umah yg lama sket (1st phase),
utk 22x75 pun leh dpt dlm 280k.. |
