seronok la pasni teruja nak buat baked pasta.. tadi pegi giant tengok banyak dah mozarella, parmesan cheese dari australia n USA yang dah ada cop halal dan guna enzyme yang bukan animal base .. dulu ragu2 sket nak beli sebab takde cop halal dan guna animal base enzyme

pasta guna barang yang ado dlm esbok

- pasta di rebus
- bawang putih & bawang besar di potong
- daun sup
- isi ketam potong 3
- olive oil
- kiub ayam @ megi cukup rasa


tumis bawang2 sederhana garing..msukkan kiub ayam...agak2 garing msukkan isi ketam...then gaulkan dengan pasta
las skali msukkan daun sup..boleh la angkat

spaghetti au gratin..filling dlm sosej ,brokoli dan kentang slices
(kene tuko nama sbb makaroni takde)

resepi dr cp fp Kak Amal
MACARONI AU GRATIN

makaroni - tak penah sukat kira ikut sedap tangan je , rebus sampai lembut dulu yek
500 ml susu
2-3 sudu tpg gandum ( 3 sudu keras dan boleh potong letak pinggan tapi lebih yummy klu lembik so guna dlm 1 atau 2 sdb je tpg gandum utk 500 ml susu)
bwn besar 1 labu
serbuk lada hitam
garam gula sesedap rasa
udang or any other sea food kalau mau
ayam pun boleh juga
karot or any other vege yang suka
cheese - cheddar/mozarella

cairkan butter dlm pan then tumis bwg besar hingga naik bau...then masuk ayam/minced beef or seafood, kacau rata seketika then masukkan susu dan kacau rata. bancuh tpg gandum dgn skit air dan tuang ke dlm pan. perasakan dgn lada itam, garam, gula or any perisa yang nak letak. lastly masukkan macaroni dan kacau rata. tuang ke dlm loyang then tabur parutan keju samada mozarella or cheddar, klu malas amik je cheese slice tu taruk atas . bakar/grill dlm preheated oven at 180 for 10-20 minit.

ini recipe campak2 je.buat le camna suka hehehe

baru jek kuar dr oven nie...bosan takde bda nak buat, so nie lah projek kul 11 td... hasil resepi k lieza...TQ sis...

sos cheese tu sgt sedap...guna resepi K Azah...

sy tak tahu guna api atas ke bawah....sy guna api atas, tgk2 dah hangus...

so, sy guna blk api atas bwh...

ni pon main campak je bahan..
sedap gak

nak share juga resepi campak-campak yang senang... ikea panggil resepi ni, sphagetti campak



Bahan-bahan:
Sphagetti - rebus sampai lembut ( nak guna bentuk apa pon boleh sbnrnya)
1 biji bawang besar saiz sederhana - hiris
2 batang sosej (boleh jugak letak ayam) dan boleh jugak buat in seafood version - potong nipis-nipis
1 batang carrot - potong nipis-nipis
4 biji fresh mushroom (kat sini senang dapat, kalau kat malaysia, i used shitake mushroom) - ptong nipis-nipis
1 batang celeri - potong nipis-nipis
Sedikit capsicum (i suka guna capsicum kaler-kaler.. just to make sure yg masakan tu berwarna warni)- potong segi-segi
1 tin sup cendawan (boleh guna kabonara sauce juga
2 sudu besar crush blackpepper
Sedikit minyak untuk menumis (kalo nak yang sedap guna olive oil) tp i guna minyak biasa je...
Garam secukup rasa


Cara:
1. Tumis bawang sampai wangi dengan sedikit minyak.
2. Tambahkan sosej, celeri, carrot, cendawan.. dan tumis sampai layu.
3. Masukkan mushroom sup, crush pepper, garam.
4. Masukkan capsicum berbagai kaler (yang ni last. kalau tak lembik sngat)
5. Tunggu sampai mendidih sambil dikacau sekali sekala.
6. Boleh dihidang dengan sphagetti.

Kalo yang suka kan creamy atau cheesy.. boleh letak sedikit parmesan cheese and less black pepper.. Tp since saya bertekak agak melayu.. tu my version!

tadi buat lasgna...tp biasa org buat guna daging..saya buat guna ayam..
sebab tak berapa suka daging
ini first time buat ni..tp tak puas hati dgn hasilnya

saya guna large instant lasagna San Remo..
kat kotak tu mmg tak cakap suruh rebus dulu ke tak..
tp saya rebus dulu sebab biasanya rebus kan..
so..saya rebusla..bila potong tu..dia lembik kulit tu
mgkin yg brand tu tak perlu rebus kut..
ataupun rebus sekejap je kut

tp tetap sedap

ini layer paling last sebelum letak cheese...



ni dah letak cheese..ready to bake..



keluar dari oven..ready to eat..



nak makan..
