PUDING JAGUNG
Sumber:Kak Kacip
Bahan-bahan :-
20 gm agar-agar strips
4 1/2 cwn air
1 tin susu cair
1 tin jagung krim
2 bj telur
1/2 cwn tepung kastard, dicampur dgn sedikit air, dikacau dan di tapis
secubit garam
1 cawan gula
1 sdt esen jagung
::
Cara-cara:-
1. Rendam agar-agar dgn air selama 1 jam. Kemudian masak agar-agar sehingga hancur.
2. Masukkan gula dan masak lagi sehingga gula hancur. Perlahankan api.
3. Di dalam mangkuk, pukul telur menggunakan garfu. Ketepikan.
4, Di dalam mangkuk lain pula, campurkan jagung krim, susu cair, garam, telur yang dipukul dan juga tepung kastad yang sudah ditapis. Gaul sehingga sebati kemudian di tuang ke dalam periuk agar-agar sambil dikacau. Tuang esen jagung.
5. Adunan ini perlu dikacau sentiasa sehingga pekat. Tutup api dan bolehlah di tuang ke dalam loyang dan biarkan sejuk dan mengeras barulah dipindahkan ke dalam peti ais.
