Kitorg amek bilik sebelah2 sbb ramai kan
Bila mandi ade bunyi kt luor pintu...macik siap mandi kuor tgk member dok baring...tanya dia ko iron baju ke td...dia ckp idok...padahal dgr jelas bunyi iron tu blaga dgn besi alas...
Masa dok mekap ramai2....tetibe dengar bunyi air dlm toilet...sorg member pegi jenguk...pastu dia kuor diam je....kitorg pn diam x berani tanya...
Bunyi perabot bgerak tgh2 malam jgn cite lah...ok itu sajok ot sket |

sy x penah ada masalah dgn booking. com. sllu nye bbrapa hari sblm tarikh checkin hotel, booking. com akan hantar email utk cnfirm kan booking tu. |

then bile dah log in, dah bole browse hotel mane yg chuols berminat tu
bile dh jumpe, key in smue details yg dia nak smpai dkt payment, tapi jangan bayar
chuols close tab or ignorekan je
nanti akan ade notification dkt email yg notify chuols xhabes buat booking / changing mind cmtu la..
this is the best part sebab dkt email tu akan bg skali extra coupon yg boleh digunapakai utk booking yg chuols xjadi buat tadi
dependsla kdang kupon tu rm50, rm100 n yg iols dapat rm150 (maybe sbb bnyk kali sngt kot book-kensel-book-kensel) tu

1. Buat booking
2. Semak email / print booking detail
3. Call hotel reconfirm ada terima booking dari 3rd party handler
4. Sebelum bertolak call hotel lagi
5. Kalau rasa terlewat, call hotel maklumkan kedatangan kita yg lewat tu. Awal awal inform. Ambil nama person in charge di reception. Tanha shiff habis pukul berapa and kalau habis dia nak pass informasi kelewatan kita pada siapa.
6. Sampai hotel present booking detail / credit card yg dibuat semasa booking
Bawak bawak baca syarat fine print pada booking. Mostly akan sebut pasal kelewatan dan dia akan lepaskan booking kalau no show. Semak ngan hotel no show tu pukul berapa.

Yeahh i mmg pengguna tegar booking.com and tiap kali pas booking mesti akan call dlu hotel utk confirm or bgtau keberadaan in case terlewat ke sebelum sampai ke hotel. Semua just utk make sure perjalanan lancar. X pernah laa lagi ada problem bilik kne cancel ke apa.. |
