kak mas.. mlm tadi nurul buat kek ni..
tp adunan batter tu jadi cam adunan nak buat biskut..
dah cuak dah.. tp teruskan gak..
bila bakar harummmmm semerbak...
tp bila dah siap jadi crunchy.. cam biskut..
then bila potong.. berderai2... apa silapnya ye..
resepi tu dah puluh2 kali baca.. rasa2nya sume benda dah letak..
ni gambo nya..

sebelum dipotong..


selepas potong.. lenkali nak letak jem byk sket..
berderai..

nurul,squares ni patut jadi cake like bukan biskut, bila mix semua bahan tak payah guna mixer, guna hand whisk sahaja dan jangan gaul lama, cukup sekadar bercampur (macam muffin), kalau lama dia bantat...berderai tu memang berderai skit pasal suji tu tapi cake ni soft je dan maybe jam kena campak2 lebih skit pasal tak nampak sangat...and kalau oven nurul panas cuba turun skit suhu biar jangan ada layer crust ok, actually kalau oven kak mas guna 160C pun dah panas, itu kita kena kenal oven kitalah...

boleh dituang ke? sbb yg nurul buat ni keras.. cam batter nak buat biskut..

batter dia cair nurul, jap kak mas try check resepi takut ada typo error...

mas, tak ada la tepung suji....tepung yang chemp mention tu tepung lain macam self-raising, plain atau cake flour....he he....

baru balik dr tmc..dah beli [email protected] beli yg dlm tin merah..petang karang nak buat squares kak mas ni..nak bawak pi umah kasen mlm nnt..hrp2 jdk

suji ni bukan ke dia macam tepung. tapi berbiji-biji. yang shida tahu ada 1 jenis je. kalau pi kat BWY tu ada 1 tu je.

memang halus ke? kira kalau ayak, memang tak de yang tinggal dalam pengayak ke? yang kat BWY tu, dia biji2 halus. kalau tengok sekali imbas memang tak perasan.

nurul, dah check semua ok except bab bakar tu 25-30 minit dah cukup, kak mas sempat buat jap tadi n dah siap, nanti resize n edit, sekarang tgh lightning nak tutup internetjap.....

Suji tu .. biskut suji kan?  Tepung suji ni jenis tepung tp texture nya lebih kasar dr tepung gandum.

teja beli hok dlm tin la kak sue..brand KING..tin kaler merah..rm2+ je setin..balik keje karang bila buat teja ambik gmbr ekk..ingat nak boh blueberi filling je..ada belen buat ciskek hr tu
