i read the news in berita harian yesterday stated that khir toyo warned developers for low-cost apartment to finish their job on time..i was like...hahaha, and lebar daun, mcm mana?? yes on time, but workmanship...soooooo low-cost (based on forumer yg beli rumah lebar daun)...so khir toyo pikir company dier berjaya la buat rumah low-cost (low-cost for the developer) on time. |

for u info... i beli umah atas org dan dah dok pun kt desa alam ni... debbin ni com kecik milik cine... tu sebab projek ni dulu terbengkalai for about 2 years .. kalu u surf net pun tak kan jumpa website debin ni... tuk projek kt U 12 ni ade usahasama ngan PKNS...
so far takdele nk ckp cantik sgt... tapi tuk umah yg I duduk ni worth buying la... coz kat porch dia dah ade tiles.. dan finishing kat porch pun cantik gak compare tu umah lelain yg pkns wat kt shah alam.. tapi biasa le ade lah pos and cons.. misalnye tiles tu ade la defect sket,,, cat pun sama le kekadang tak rate.
pape pun I advise u tgk lh umah contoh yg baru siap tu.... pape pun umah tu memang besar toilet dlm master bedroom leh taruk bath tub...,, dan one thing tingkat atas die tak letak lantai kayu(parquet) instead die ganti dgn tiles yg bercorak kayu... yg ni i suka coz umah my mom guna kayu.. bile dah lama reput and some time ade anai anai. |

Kita memang syukur sesgt coz masa beli beringin tu, umah tu dah siap, waktu kita beli tu 2 mths b4 CP kuar. And umah tu tak byk defect. Harap sgt umah syahkaiser beli kat denai alam (B12) tak byk defect jugak.
Coz from what i read from another forum, byk yg tak puas hati dgn project denai alam.

maybe their expectation is too high when they heard Guthrie's name.. somehow, guthrie pun x boleh la take 4 granted kepercayaan org.. sbb rasanya rumah kat denai alam tu bukannya murah.. bukannya standard harga rumah double storey biasa...
and syahkaiser don't worry, as long as under warranty, complain la sbyk mungkin defect even yg kecik2 pun jgn tutup mata... selagi x puas hati, jgn berenti complaint.. me learn from my LBS house.. imagine je la workmanship LBS mcm mana.. serupa TALAM.. even tile x sama rata sekeping pun i complain.. n diorg betulkan.. hehehhe.. and the result, fall in love again with that house.. hahahaha.. |

itu la bluetiara, saya masa baru masuk pun camtu, saya tak peduli la hapa pun, dier nak kena korek balik ke lantai tu asalkan berkeadaan elok,hntr borang defect pun slow, dlm kes aku lebih kepada pekerja diorang yg handle defect (same person yg handover kunci), yg sorang mamat ni mmg problematic, kalo dapat org lain handle, ada yg sorang dua tu, laju buat keje...tapi tang aku terkena dgn mamat problematic ni, aku apa lagi, semburan la 2 bulan pastu, buat official complaint letter, baru siap, baru puas hati.
mmg jgn bagi can kat developer ni, kiter ni dah la nak membayar sebijik rumah tu berkorek sana sini, kalo kiter lambat...fuhhh, charge separuh maut, kenapa la takde dlm s&p kalo diorang buat lambat kita pulak charge per day....baru laju kot. |

dlm 236 gitu...rasanya tk banyak beza ngan 20x75 tu..lady keje mana..design umah ni nazha tgk sama lebih kurang tan ming punya kat saujana damai. |
