50% ja, meh aku add in extra actvty...
balik keja 5pm, window sopping @ jogging @ lepaking ngn member, mlm tgk tv,baca mag, tido
weekend - breakfast, buat keja rumah & exercise ngan my mum, jalan2 & lepaking dgn my sis & kdg2 hiking & lari2 ngan kengkawan

isk dh jd cam diary lak....ada gak la actvty menyihatkan body

hmmmmm,indikator sihat???aku pun xtau nak cakap aku sihat ke x tp bleh nilai secara fizikal......kalo wat aktiviti lasak ko bleh endurance ker??bentuk fizikal ko ok??

jalan tu maybe membakar kalori tp input output ko +ve ke -ve???yg tu kena tgk gak....lakukan senaman secara berkala dan kawal pemakanan amik yg sihat kurangkan fast food, deep fried meal,gula, makanan bergoreng, dan frozen food.........

sepatut kalu ko sebwgai pemerintah yg baik dan amanah, ko patut galakkan rakyat berbelanja supaya tukaran wang tuh sentiasa bergerak

lebihan kalori ni alasan jah. sebenarnya ini je cara utk seimbangkan balik ekonomi negara sbb overspent mungkin.

berat ideal x penting,yg shape badan yg ko tgk dlm cermin ko puas ati ke x???sbb berat ideal nih x bezakan lemak dgn otot.....

berjalan mmg satu kaedah senaman tp x efektif utk menurunkan berat badan dgn cepat....kalo ko menten kalori intake dgn menten berjalan yer laa tp kalo badan bapak besor cam Syanie x cukup sekadar berjalan.......

kerajaan kita nih..kalu diberi award pelakon propa - mmg confirm menang sokmo.
Lepas budget 2014 jer..sumer Menteri jd pelakon...kluar statement2 prihatin....betapa sayang &
ambik berat diorg pada rakyat jelata nih...

Rasa loya membaca....sbb benda2 tu sumer basic knowledge...xyah diwar2 kan..xyah nak tunjuk pandai..
btw - mekasih bebanyak lah Menteri sbb prihatin...
tp tolong lah prihatin duit poket rakyat sumer...
jgn dok lempar batu sembunyi tangan...

salah satu sebab ngape org jepun ni cute mute kurus je sbb kt sana ade fat tax. tax utk barang2 berlemak.

agak2 kalau malaysia ni wat tax utk makanan berminyak mesti tak laku opa snow la, slim  up la dan segala mak nenek krim kuruskan badan ni

Bagi Bedah lar kan, kau nak naikkan harga barangan harga babi sekalipun takde masalah. Bagi alasan kesihatan bagai it's ok. No hal. Cuma menteri2 tu kalau kau nak komen please watch out your mouth lar. Jangan main shoot je macam taik lembu.

salah erk....aku ni suka makan, tp metabolisme tinggi, sbb akan panas lepas mkn & terus aku jalan2.
Utk yg nak turunkan berat badan, tak tau la pulak...adik lelaki aku pernah sebulan tak makan nasi & mmg turun.
Skrg maintain dgn exercise

xder laa salah sbb utk ko berjalan sudah memadai....tp bagi yg extremely obes or yg chubby nak kena ada extra effort laaa......x cukup sekadar berjalan 10k langkah sehari...

falsafah aku dlm kesihatan dan pemakana adalah "there's no such thing as going on a diet, because it is a lifestyle"......ko bukan berdiet utk kurus then bila dah dpt bentuk badan kurus ko kembali kepada cara pemakanan masa ko gemuk,yg penting jadikan diet sihat sebagai gaya hidup......
