Rumah+kereta= hutang isi rumah terbesar isi rumah. mungkin kerajaan tak boleh tolong kawal harga rumah, tapi kerajaan mungkin boleh tolong kawal harga kereta kan?

Klau pv5 yg apak aku beli ni 1272 sq feet,standart 4r 2b la..ni sama cm pv3,model lama n balkoni kecik sikit

Pv8 yg half mill tu bsr dlm 1550sq feet 4r 2b tapi pv8 ade penthouse n laman yg bsr dlm 1600sq feet.. balkoni pon cermin n luas smpai luar bilik master...gym pv8 pon lg bsr dr pv5...ade laman kt patio

2005 hingga 2013, peningkatan RM160K ke RM300K cuma 87.50% bererti kenaikan 10.93%

peningkatan cam haram saja.....

cam haram? latest perkabaran ada jiran kat situ jual 400k, tak fully furnished tau rumah dia

my unit agent dh tanya..

1302sq ft 600k..

sikit lg bila lrt siap i x tau lah makin naik harga or menurun pulak..

at the moment no plans to sell,jd stor tmpt simpan brg je dr sejak mula beli..

ada yg ckp jgn jual,make it an assest,tp klu x duduk pun boleh jd burden juga kan..

i dont plan to rent it out,not desperate for the money,though..

klu area yg byk amenities lg up harga..

terrace houses harga dh jd million gitu..

klu dulu biasa dgr bungalows je kan,and expensive penthouse
