GILA HAPPY TO STAY
Alberto Gilardino has been at Milan headquarters in Via Turati to meet Adriano Galliani, Ariedo Braida and Leonardo to confirm he wants to remain at the club
Alberto Gilardino went to Milan headquarters in Via Turati on Friday afternoon at 15.00 to meet with Adriano Galliani, Ariedo Braida and Leonardo. After 20 minutes, the striker and chief executive came out to speak to Milan Channel:
GALLIANI: 慬color=red]Gilardino has confirmed that he wants to remain at Milan , accepting the healthy competition in our team that is the best of all teams in Europe. Milan have always wanted Gila to stay here, on condition that he was happy to remain. This has been confirmed to me by Alberto and the problem is closed and forgotten. Now we'll think about next season.'
GILARDINO: 慖 am very pleased with this meeting, we chatted, it was very important. I am happy and I know how important this team is, I want to remain here as long as possible. I was before and I am even more so now. What I heard Pippo say was really wonderful. I have heard from other team-mates too and they told me to think well. I reality I had no doubts: the papers twisted my words a bit but I always wanted to remain at Milan. I have made this interview to say to everyone that I have not received an offer from any other team, even less so Inter.'
Gila then spoke about last season and the upcoming encounter:
'My goal against Manchester? It was great satisfaction to score my first goal in such an important game such as a semi-final of the Champions League. It crowned a year that wasn't that easy, which started with some difficulties but thanks to the support of the coach and the commitment of the players we remained united and showed our great character.
'We will play the Club World Cup in December, I have seen the Intercontinental Cup here in the headquarters and on television, it would be wonderful to win something important. Now we have a month's vacation and then prepare well for the European Super Cup and Club World Cup.
'The operation in Antwerp went well. I am recovering and will have some rehabilitation and will be ready for July 23.'

malangnya milan hanya berminat dgn player yg 'berumur' mcm oddo, sheva, etc.
so x harap sgt la milan nak player yg muda-mudi nih.. |

Emerson Set For Milan Medical?
Reports suggest that Real Madrid midfielder Emerson is set to travel to Milan for a medical, immediately after the end of the La Liga season.
According to the Spanish press, the negotiations between Milan and Real Madrid for the transfer of Emerson are about to be completed.
The Brazilian has had a tough season in Spain. Not bad, but tough, being singled out by the Bernabeu for the team's unimaginative play when things were not going right.
Things have changed since, but Emerson believes that he will not be appreciated at Madrid, with another average team display possibly resulting in a similar reaction.
He has made his desire to return to Italy clear, leaving the Merengue bosses with little choice but to negotiate a fee with their Rossoneri counterparts.
Allegedly, even the medical visit for the player has been fixed, for Monday the 18th. |

Ibrahim Ba Makes Surprise Milan Return - Report
Reports In Italy suggest that midfielder Ibrahim Ba has just signed a one year contract with Milan.
French midfielder Ibrahim Ba, 34, has supposedly agreed a one year contract with Milan. There are some details that need to be ironed out, including Ancelotti's final approval, following which he will undergo a medical, and sign on the dotted line.
"I am very happy," said 'Ibou'. "I always got on well at Milan, remain close to everyone there, and have worked hard in these months hoping to have another chance."
"I would be so pleased to come back, but it has to be good for everyone and not cause any problems for the coach.
"I hope he will want me in the squad."
'Ibou' has already spent four years as a Milan player, between 1997 and 2003, interrupted by two loan spells. The first was at Perugia (1999-2000) and the second at Marseille (2001-02).
He joined Milan from Bordeaux in 1997 as a great talent, but never quite lived up to his promise. He finally left for Bolton Wanderers in 2003, at the age of 30.
The right-sided midfielder played 56 games for the Rossoneri, scoring one goal.
This current move comes as a big surprise, given that he was playing with Serie C side Varses last season.
It is seen as a goodwill gesture from the club, a chance for him to go out on a high, after he agreed to a 'token' contract worth just 200,000 euros (Andriy Shevchenko earns that money in a week, to put it into perspective).
It does bring to the fore, once again, Milan's soft spot for ageing players.
Some call it loyalty, other fear potential suicide!
mmg resume yg meyakinkan...
aku syorkan milan amik roberto bagio....lagi berpotensi dari mamat nih.... |
