akak tak pernah buat donut guna mesin tu...sebenarnya  tak ada pun ada mesin ini kat umah ...tak tau pun rupanya doughnuts maker ada...berkenan jugak...bakar 2 mins je...

Baca kat blog yochana , katanyer dia beli machine tue kat thailand..Lepas tu Cup baca feedback, ada sorang tu guna acuan doughnut (sbb dia takde
doughnut maker tu) dan bakar dalam oven..

Hari masa Cup pergi Bandung, kita ada beli doughnut kat J & Co (kedai yg jual doughnut jerr - ala-ala dunkin doughnut)..Texture dia lembut jer rasa macam mkn kapas..and kita nampak diaorg masak pun dlm oven..

guna pan cam ni pun boleh...
pernah try buat donut jenis ni satu ketika dulu...guna respi yg Maisya tepek...tapi lupa pulak camna rasanya..nak kena try lagi sekali ni..

acuan donat ni...penah jumpa kat makro...so..boleh try...adunan yochana tu...dan bakar dalam acuan tu....

Sorry lambat skit cup keluar tadi...

Cup baca dalam blog tu camni katernyer:

Yochana said: "I bought this doughnut maker in Chiangmai,Thailand for 1,500 baht which is about S$60."

Kalau macam kat resipi atas tu dia tulis:

3) Fill each hole with 10 ml. (1 dsp.) of batter.
(4) Close the lid and lock the latch.
(5) Bake for 2 mins.

Cup agak macam cair jer batter tue..Betoi ker nih..

Kita suka window shopping, nanti cuba try tengok2 kalau ada doughnut maker tuer..

Hannan try lerr dulu..nanti kasi feedback yer..Cup baru terhegeh2 nak cari acuan nih...

boleh jadi jugak cair batter dia tu tgk tepung dgn susu sama banyak...semalam kita belajar buat frozen donut...nak kena test dulu buat sendiri baru boleh bagi feedback...tapi memang sedap lah gebus donut dia..

pagi tadi bekfes donut..anak dara masak instant puff...hannan buat donut resipi suria..tapi buat adunan lembit sikit biar melekat lekat kat tangan..jadi bila masak gebu sesangat... cam buat roti...kalau adunan tu lembit bila masak dia jadi gebu...pembantu rumah dulu yang bagi petua....

betul memang kena buat lembik melekat kat tangan baru dia gebus...masa belajar frozen food buat donut tu pun sifu tu cakap benda yang sama...kalau dah sejuk pun maintain gebus nanti....
lagi satu tips yang diberi jgn sekali2 campur dgn garam, garam boleh matikan yeast....sebab tu dia pun tak letak susu tepung sebab dlm susu tepung ada kandungan garam sikit...saya pernah gak try buat donut tak letak susu kebetulan susu habis tetap jadi....
lagi satu air memang kena pandai tengok...sukatan yang diberi tu kena adjust, ..masa dia demo kat kami guna mesin kenwood sebab dia demo 1 kg aja, mesin cke dia min 4kg nampak sangat beza, kalau guna kenwood dia kena tambah dari resepi asal utk 1kg tepung = air 500ml dia tambah lagi 120ml....utk dpt adunan yang lembik melekat sikit2 kat tangan tu...tapi kalau guna cke tu kan laju aja putar air 500ml tu cukup dah just nice...so kekawan kena tengok2kan air ni ya...jgn terikat sgt dgn sukatan...tepung pun berlainan jenis kan...lagi satu tips dia jgn guna tepung cap sauh...jgn guna yeast paket kecik2 tu...tak tau lah dari pengalaman dia tepung tu tak berapa ngam, yeast paket tu pun tak berapa ngam

ada sorang kakak tu...dia buat jualan biskut....dia pun kata..gandum cap sauh tak elok...kalau nak tau mutu gandum itu...elok ke tak...masa dah abis ayak tu..kalau tinggal berketul ketul...maknanya kurang elok....kalau telus semua ok lah tu....sekarang hannan guna cap kompang....bersih je dalam ayakan tu....

Donut kak suria juga kot..tp tkder shortening kita letak butter kesemua..pastu susu tepung takder letak fresh milk..modife skit air tu kasi kurang..yg lain sama jer..apa pun sedap dan gebu sekali..

Inti letak coklat/coklat putih dan cheese...salut dng coklat lg cuma coklat tu kurangkan skit,anak2 makan tk inagt mak ayah dahh...mak ayah makan tk ingat anak dah.. .....minta2 ayah masih ingat kt mak yg semakin gebu...... thnk kak suria

ha ha insyaallah ayah sentiasa ingat kat mak yang semakin gebus   air tangan isteri kan itu yang mahal tak leh jumpa kat mana2 pun...
tadi saya tanya anak saya yang pandai masak ni donut mana lagi sedap? hak biasa buat ke yang baru belajar ni? dia kata mama punya lagi sedap...tapi saya rasa hak baru belajar ni lebih kenyal....even texture dia pun lain...anyway both pun sedap lah senang cite...bawa balik sban tadi berebut anak2 buah makan...

tepung yang memang guarantee jadi tepung cap kunci tu he he ....beli lah sekampit 20kg kat macro harga 25 aja....
kata sifu frozen food tu lah dia beli tepung tu aja all these while..kat supermarket kat umah pun jual tepung lambak main timbang se kg 1.20 aja tepung ni saya guna buat donut dan kek...so far alhamdulillah
