 ko ni, me sampai dah ilang sore bercakap ngan ko.. jgn ler emo, kang me join nanes plaks... kita just berdoa aje lah untuk arwah n kawan2 yang masih sihat ni supaya terus sihat ok..
pada kawan2.. tak kira dah kawin ke belum, lelaki or perempuan better wat detail medical check-up.. esp perempuan wajib wat mamogram walopon sakit.. n pemakanan tu kalau boleh jagalah n bnyk minum air kosong... and sapa2 yg ade sejarah famili ade apa2 sakit pun kena hati2 .. mencegah lebih baik dari merawat.. hana akan buat full check up by end of this month coz sblm2 ni bila check takde masalah .. |

check up bese yg mu masuk keje tu lah, amik x-ray, air kencing aje.. full test kena x-ray, ct scan, full blood test, mammogram .. better consult dr panel n nanti dia akan bagi surat utk dibawa ke hospital tp mu kena request ler nk wat full detail checkup.. mmg aaa mahal skit, tapi kalo dah sakit tak guna dah... me pun mau korek tabung  .. oo mu nk amik insuran ekk.. kalo takaful yg ori takde conventional, takaful ikhlas n takaful mesia ler (bkn nk pomot tp dari info, company lain tu ada campur2 aduk skit cume tak nampak aje).. apa2 pun better tanya dulu aaa n wat pilihan sendiri.. me ni abah kasi aje borang me sain aje, tak baca pong ... |
