My prediction of 2016

I was asked to make a prediction for this year by some of my Chinese colleagues. I could rather don't do it because predictions are just that - prediction. Which means it has 50/50 chance of coming to past or become false. It depends on individual actions or as I could call it - "Karma".

It is my opinion that individuals within a country can influence the course of a country by their collective actions (and I'm not talking about politicians or economists here, but regular people). And just as a group of citizens able to change course of a country, so does one country could able to change the course of the World and Human race with their action.

Therefore, anyone who read my prediction, do NOT take it seriously. Take it as if you could read a fortune cookie - something to think about but not something to ponder on 24/7 or worry about. Now, for my prediction :-

This year (2016) is the Year of the Fire Monkey.

How Chinese Lunar calendar works?. It has small wheel (the five elements - Fire, Wood, Water, Gold and Earth. And it has a secondary Wheel - the 12 year cycle. So as the 12 year cycle repeats itself, every five years, one of these five elements will correspond to the respective animals which falls on that year. This creates a Yin and Yang characteristic - the element characteristic is always unchanging and constant (Male) while the animal characteristic becomes the factor that always changes (Female) with the environment of that time. So if you have an animal like a rat which is hard working on a Fire Element, you could have a year that able to bring you good prosperity and opportunity, but it could also bring some elements of problem in term of health (which a person could sacrifice in order to obtain wealth). So what does this year bring us.

As we all know, monkeys are clever, resourceful and witted creatures. They have a peaceful time up in the trees (where there are less problems) and attend to be social creatures, valuing family and friendship. In the same way, the World too could be in this similar condition - IF PEACE is preserved and prioritized.

However the fire elements is not something to look forward for. Fire are unpredictable, hard to control, can move at all direction equally and has no peer within the Five Elements.

If you were to put both elements (Fire and Monkey) together, only thing I could predict is this - If situation become chaotic and spins out of control, it is possible that the whole situation will be unpredictable and violatile. Just as a fire in one part of a forest will push animals into state of frenzy, so will unpredicatability in one (or more or combination of many) factors could easily sway the Monkeys to loose their calm state and resort in doing things for short term gain but jeapordize everything in long term. And I could see many such "fiery" situations in the World.

The situation with China being stubborn in South East Asian Sea is like a fire that could erupt into a large scale war (like Vietnam War over 30 years ago). Not enough with that, USA - a foreign "fire" elements is adding their own decision making process into the situation and this is leading into a dangerous mix with attention of starting another war which they cannot finish. The situation with North Korea trying to piss everyone with their attitude problems is another "fiery" situation which could likely to add problems for Asian countries.

Elsewhere, we have the IS and terrorism which is another "fiery" mix and not enough with that, many countries like Pakistan have given their indirect supports to terrorism. Our humanitarian works are almost at its standstill, which could likely to cause another humanitarian problem just waiting to happen. And couple of hidden "fiery" situations which most of us ignore are the increase of diseases which migrate from animals into humans and seems to have develop immunity to antibodies AND global warming problems.

So in short, the World is filled with "fiery" situations which could create a chain of problems which could resort into spinning the human race into a spiral of destruction, one which has potential to bring the civilization down with it. Right now, we have to put our faith in the Monkeys, with hope that they remain calm and wise if and when the fiery situation erupts.

So people ... my prediction this year is this - Prepare for the Unexpected always.

KUALA LUMPUR: Climatologists have sounded the alarm, warning of severe consequences of the El Nino phenomenon, as the latest developments suggested that the country will endure the hot spell up to June.

Experts cautioned of a situation as bad the 1997-98 El Nino, the worst in the country’s history.

They warned that a four-month-long dry spell and scorching heat could, as in the past, lead to severe air pollution, choking haze, and massive forest and bush fires.

Malaysians, they said, must also brace themselves for severe water shortages if no pre-emptive measures are put in place.

Yup, the first of the "fiery" situation which I have predicted seems to be coming true. Heat wave are frying the nation by hiking the temperature to almost 40 degree Celsius. While they could be cloudy skies above, what bring the heatwave is the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere which traps the heat from escaping outward.

I guess this is Karma. Malaysia government have been allowing developers to "develop" lands uncontrollably - cutting down small forests wherever they find, building empty buildings which then left behind, creating "ghost towns" like what happening in China.

The way I see it, the temperature could likely to climb even higher than before. Schools could be closed if that happens. I took a drive around town yesterday and notice significant drop in traffic. Many choosing to stay indoor. Probably for the best. They should boil water and keep plenty of drinking water available.

And No, I will not take any action (including praying for rain) this time around. Let Muslims pray to their Allah to save themselves.

"I became intrigued by the question of how people perceive God as an active, trustworthy and giving influence in their everyday lives," said lead study author Anneke Buffone from the University of Pennsylvania in the US.

"Why is it that the vast majority of Americans and many people across the globe, perceive a divine or spiritual influence in their lives, even in modern world where many mysteries of the past have been scientifically explained," Buffone added in the paper published in the journal of Social Psychological and Personality Science.

To examine these perceptions, the team focused on counter-factual thinking.

The researchers specifically explored downward counter-factual thinking, thoughts about how life would be worse if an important life event had not occurred.

Reminds me of an event that happened to me a few years back. A friend of mine (who is an atheist) was working from morning to late afternoon on a project non-stop. Around 3.00 PM, everything settle down and we finally able to take a break. He asked me to go lunch with him and I said OK.

We were walking toward the shop when he kept complaining how hungry he was, since he ate very little that morning. About ten minutes later, we sat down and ordered. The drink came first and he drank it down like a thirty camel and ordered another while waiting for food.

Then he started to talking about his atheist views (one of the reasons I dislike going out for lunch with him) and kept babbling onward how humanity do not have any ways to prove God exists. I listen quietly as I was hungry as well and wanted to save my energy by not arguing with idiots. Then the waiter brought in the food, and we started to eat. About half an hour later, we finished and sat back comfortably.

"You are a theist, right?," he asked. Here we go again, I thought and nodded.
"Can you prove to me that God exist?," he asked.
"No,"
"That means God doesn't exist," he claimed cheerfully, as if he won a great debate.
"Which one of these waiters brought in your first drink that quenched your thirst?," I asked.

He looked toward the waiter and notice that there were several of them. All wore the same uniform, about the same height and all of them were Banglas.

"I don't know, any one of them I guess," he replied.
"Why didn't you know?,"
"Because it doesn't matter who brought the drink, I was thirsty and that all that matters," he replied, annoyed.

"And that is why I cannot prove God to you," I replied, "You concentrated ONLY in your own thirst and did not even look at the person who helped your quench your thirst. In the same way, you will only look at things which will satisfy your needs and will not bother about things which doesn't concern you. In your mind, God doesn't concern you anymore than that waiter who come to quench your thirst."

The last couple of days, I have been sensing some "disturbance" within the World.

If anyone wants to know what it is like, imagine you are floating in a swimming pool. Your feet doesn't touch the surface and you are floating in the middle with your eyes closed. Everything is calm and you are able to just float there peacefully. Then some waves hits you and you know someone had entered the pool, even so it is far from where you are.

The disturbance makes you feel "dizzy" and threatens to dislodge you from your mental footing and you find yourself reestablishing the calmness once more. The more the other person thrashes around the pool, more the waves will hit you and register the actions within your own sensors, even so you don't see or hear the person from the other side of the pool. Same thing for someone who are sensitive like me.

The first time I sense a major disturbance was back in 2004. It was like someone put a finger into the great volume of water and the water was distributed to all direction. At that time, I did not know how a Tsunami was like until Dec. 2004 when Asia experience a large Tsunami which we call Acheh Tsunami. Please don't be alarm - I'm not sensing the same thing now.

At best, it feels like I'm standing on a rock on a large flat plain and something massive (like a stampede) was moving all around me. It is shaking the Earth around my rock, threaten to dislodge me into the ground. Is it a sign of a massive Earthquake? Is there something in the atmosphere sending shockwaves in all directions? Too much electrical charges in the atmosphere due to all the freaky storms we're getting in Klang Valley perhaps? Or perhaps the Planet is currently being bombarded by massive solar storms?

Not sure, but right now, I'm concentrating in keeping my foot steady.

Wednesday's first quake, with a magnitude of 6.7, hit at 3 a.m. local time (4 a.m. ET). The second followed in the afternoon at 6.8, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The epicenters of the two quakes were only a few miles apart, just south of Esmeraldas, according to the USGS.

The single reported casualty was man killed in Tosagua, the Ministry of Security said in a tweet.

Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa reported some power outages near the epicenters.

Wednesday's quakes affected the same area hit by a 7.8-magnitude earthquake last month, Ecuador's worst disaster in nearly seven decades.

Exactly one week ago (on the 12/05/2016). I have stated that I have sense a major "disturbance" in the World  (which felt like a stampede but not related to Tsunami). I think this must have been what I had felt before. Thank Goodness that the number of causalities were minimal (at least one person so far).

So far, I have not felt any new disturbances, which means that the Planet had settle down (for now). I will keep posting if I have felt anything in the near future. Hopefully it could be of a service to some people.

In the same light, with the forest fires in Canada and North America and increasing tension between China and the rest of the World, the World seems to be engulf with sense of dire, chaos and dread. My dreams are grey and full with sense of dread, probably from those around the World. I think many have come to the same conclusion - that the World was heading toward some situation which could become a game changer in human civilization very soon and many do not know what to do to survive.

Will the Natural disasters do us in?
Will something from Space do us in?
Will War do us in?
Will the Economy Collapse before all that and bring our civilization to an end?

Frankly speaking, I do not know. It could be any one of these, or none of these or nothing could have happen. In the Words of Sri Krshna in Bhavagad Gita - "Everything that had happened, happened for Good (reason). Everything that is happening, will be for Good (reason) and what that going to happen, will be for Good (reason)."

And for now, I will keep Watching.

After my two previous posts, one of my group members (who were fascinated by my "prediction" as he called it) called me up, praised me and then asked if I was interested in making a Youtube Video. I have stated "No", that I had no interest in showing my physical aspects in any videos. He asked why not and I tried to explain that doing such thing does not bring anything positive in the long run. He did not understand what I meant and I was lost as what to say to him to make it understand.

I guess I was lucky because Brahman was listening. I was browsing through the Youtube and came to this video which I believe answers the reason why I attend to keep my personal belief a secret and do not parade around by (so-called) abilities for everyone to marvel and praise.

Source : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N55lsGkS-00

3 Reasons why Spiritual Experience MUST be kept secret :-

1. Increase of Ego.
2. Doubts and Skepticism
3. Competition and Jealousy.

Frankly speaking, the rise of Spiritualism within oneself is between an individual and God. It has nothing to do with Religion or belief system. But today, anyone who claims that he or she has a spiritual experience, the first thing anyone else does is to ask WHAT RELIGION DO YOU BELONG TO?

Anyway, special thanks to The Spiritual Bee and her videos. Not sure why but her voice sounded familiar.

Is Buddhism dying once again?

Edited by Sephiroth at 22-5-2016 12:16 PM

22/05/2016

Last year, at the eve of Wesak Day, I had dreamt of a dragon flying over my house. It was a magnificient dragon, larger than two buses. But this year, there was an ominus dream. I dreamt that I had went to a temple and walked to the altar. The Goddess moved forward and opened Her closed fist and offered something. I was expecting it to be a blessing, but all I saw was small peebles on her palm. It was small, dark peebles and I touched it and took one. Then I woke up. Not a very good year this year it seems. Expect a lot of heart aches and hardship. This is only the beginning.

That makes me wonder. Is Buddhism dying once again? Over a thousand years ago, Buddhism in India were at its axis. Kings and Queens adopted Buddhism as part of their rule and Buddhism helped to produce some of the greatest Kings ever - like Asoka. But after that, due to their own weakness, Buddhism began to die in India and moved eastward to South-East China and Japan where it continued to flourish for another thousand years. But it seems now that Buddhism is in decline once again. I can see several reasons for this, and most of them are due to politics.

For example, the role played by self-appointed Buddhist leader, Dalai Llama. His action stopping his own people from fighting back the advancement of Chinese Communist into Nepal and Tibet since 1980s had only drowned the people support for him and Buddhism. Everytime Chinese Communists do something to injure the people of Tibet, he helps the Communists by holding the hands of Tibetans and Nepalese and bowing even lower than he did before. This cowardice act helps Chinese Communists to move in with ease into the Himalayan regions. In the future, if a war breaks out between China and India, he WILL be held responsible for bringing such situation to happen.

In China, Buddhism have been in decline since 1950 when the Demon, Mao Zedong started his purge which led to some 10 million people dying. It continued to this day and all Buddhists do in China was to bow down to this Demon and his regime. Or run elsewhere like cowardice dogs, refusing to fight Communists because they are of same color of skin.

In Sri Lanka, for decades, People all over the World have been condemning Sri Lankan Buddhists as hypocrites who do not dare to speak against their own government due their actions toward Tamil community. Some even seen the Sri Lankan Buddhists as partners to atheist Sri Lankan government in purging Tamil society members. That could be why there was a protest against a Sri Lankan born Buddhist Chief Monk taking over the position of Abbot in Penang several years ago. Many in Malaysia sees Sri Lankan monks in Malaysia as backstabbers who have no right to sit in a monastery and attend to distance themselves away from these monasteries altogether.

And finally the actions of Mynmar Junta regime which continue to abuse Buddhist monks, just like their masters in China. The World looks at Buddhist monks as weak and pathetic, incapable of fighting back when it was necessary and therefore, starting to move away from this group which they looked on as a cripple in require of a clutch at all times.

Felt Another disturbance.

It is just after 2.30 PM here (Malaysian time). I felt another disturbance like what I felt a week ago. This time, I tried something (just to see if I could pick something "extra") and I did.

It still feel like another earthquake was coming (hardly a surprising thing nowadays) but the different between this one and the one I felt last week was this was had a "sliding" sensation toward it. Like when you sit on a chair but kept slipping off your chair if the angle is too lean to keep your butt on the seat or if the seat was slippery for some reason.

I believe this is an indication of a landslide which will occur after an earthquake, a lot like the one we had last year with Mount Kinabalu. Once again, do not be alarm as I have no idea where and when this will occur. However, please be forewarned.

By Guy Faulconbridge and Kate Holton

LONDON (Reuters) - Britain has voted to leave the European Union, forcing the resignation of Prime Minister David Cameron and dealing the biggest blow since World War Two to the European project of forging greater unity.

Global stock markets plunged on Friday, and the British pound saw its biggest one day drop in history, as results from a referendum defied bookmakers' odds to show a 52-48 percent victory for the campaign to leave the bloc Britain joined more than 40 years ago.

The United Kingdom itself could now break apart, with the leader of Scotland, where nearly two-thirds of voters wanted to stay in the EU, saying a new referendum on independence from the rest of Britain was "highly likely".

German Chancellor Angela Merkel will meet French, German and Italian leaders in Berlin on Monday to discuss future steps, and the foreign ministers of Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, will meet on Saturday morning.

This is one for the history books and we are fortunate to be alive to witness it. The European Union (EU) was formed after the end of World War 2. Among its political and economic reasons, one of its main reason was to ensure what happened prior to World War 1 and 2 will not be repeated again. Europe before the EU was splintered into many countries, each with their own agenda. The Europeans knew (from the aftermath of WW1 and WW2) that the main reason why they had the two wars in the first place was because their difference. There was no common ground for different countries to sit together and talk their difference.

Questions remains - if Britiain leave EU, how many other countries will follow its footsteps? Is this marks the beginning of the collapse of European Union like what had happened with the Communist Soviet Union couple of decades ago? We will have to wait and see.

But one thing for sure, it is possible that immigration issues in European countries (where the EU was forcing its member countries to accept Middle Eastern immigrants) could likely be one of the reasons why Britain choose to leave EU. If that is so, that it is possible that we could likely to see Britain closing its doors to all form of immigrants in the near future.

The exit of Britain from EU have brought another questions to my mind. Will Sabah and Sarawak do the same thing with Malaysia?

It is obvious that Malaysia failed to protect Sabah and Sarawak and promote economic and social improvement for its local people. Malaysian Government failed to stop terrorists from entering and leaving Malaysian coast line, despite of boasting its so-called naval strength. Every year, we will see a drama where people from West Malaysia get kidnapped and Malaysian government pay ransom to get them back, indirectly financing Abu Sayyaf's activities. No military actions have been taken.

Plus, we also can see Indonesian immigrants entering Sabah and Sarawak and raping its natural resources left and right and once again, the government doesn't do anything - all because these "rapists" are Muslims. It is not a secret that Malaysian Government shy about taking actions against ANY Muslims regardless of what they are doing to the country. We already seeing certain parts of the country (like the Klang Valley) slowly turning into Bangla Valley, Indon Valley and Pukistan Valley. All because these cockroaches are Muslim cockroaches.

Therefore, seeing how Britain had left the European Union, perhaps it is time for Sabah and Sarawak politicians to take steps to approach the United Nations and plead to separate themselves from Malaysia. Only then indigenous people Sabah and Sarawak will prosper.

PS : Indigenous people here does't mean those who are Muslims.

Islamaphobia - My opinion.

Recently, I have sat down during company dinner and was discussing various topics - especially about politics while waiting for dinner to be served. One of the topics raised was the repeated proposal by PAS to implement Hudud. I have stated to the people on my table that the reason why PAS was pushing for Hudud implementation was because it will allow PAS more power to hog. Majority of their members are Islamic educated and knows their scriptures left and right, which means if Hudud was implemented, the People will rely on PAS members to decipher the scriptures and tell them what is within the Laws and what is not. Therefore, the movement to implement Hudud was nothing more than political gimmick.

Then one of the members jumped in and stated that I was being Islamaphobia about the matter and that Hudud only applies to Muslims alone. We went into a staring contest, with me wondering whether this Arabic lapdog knows what Hudud trully is or does he just bark because he wanted to show himself as a good Muslims. Anyway, dinner arrived and we continue to eat without any further debate. But it made me think - what is Islamaphobia?

Ask any Muslims that very question and you could receive an answer that Islamaphobia is the fear (of non-Muslims) toward Islam and its expansion. Muslims will tell you that non-Muslims have developed unnecessary paranoia about Muslims muscling into their "areas", thus trying to control non-Muslims via politics, economy and social changes. And it could be true to some extend. Muslims have been pushing toward Islamic banking to control our economic for a long time. We also have the concept of halal food and products wherever we go as well. However, does this push have any meaning or effects in our (non-Muslims') lives? Answer is very little effect. So what is Islamaphobia?

I believe Islamaphobia is not the fear non-Muslims have toward Muslims but the fear of Muslims themselves toward the future of their own religion (Islam) and their society.

Since Sept. 11 incident over a decade ago, Islam as a religion have been pushed into the attention of the mainstream society, and thus many have started to learn about this religion, its founder Muhammad and the activities Muslims had done for the past 1,400 years. And many of these activities did not impress non-Muslims. In Europe, Islam already been equalized to belief system of Adolf Hitler and Europeans still remembers the horror Nazi Germany had brought them 70 years ago. Muslims themselves bark loudly and proudly about their religion, Islam but have very little (if any) to show for it. Their societies are still backwatered, struggling and requires non-Muslims' intervention to exist. And to make things worse, Muslim nations which are rich in resources (like Saudi Arabia, Emirates and the Gulf nations) does very little (and in some cases NOTHING) to improve and fix the problems plaguing the other Muslim nations.

And let's not forget the role terrorism playing as well. Terrorists like Al Qeada and IS have very little (if any) change to wage a full scale war like they did in Middle East in foreign (non-Muslim) countries. Even in countries like Malaysia where Islam is the main religion, they have very little ability to move around freely to do their evil acts. Therefore, what they do is turn on their own society in attempt to shock the mainstream Muslim society into helping them (out of fear like what happening in Middle East).

All these activities are pushing Islam toward a bad reputation that many Muslims themselves had grown fed-up with it and fight to leave Islam as we speak. THerefore, I believe Islamaphobia is not the fear non-Muslims has but the fear Muslims have for their own religion's future.

Managers and Micro-management

A few days before, I was sitting at my table, sipping tea and staring at the monitor, reading up on my tech-skills when one of the project managers walked into the office. They are not related to Network field which I was in but every now and then, they could send in request for special network privilegaes and support request (for events, seminars, training functions etc). I thought this was one of such occassion until he pulled out a file and informed me that he requires my (network) skill regarding one of his projects (for confidential reasons, I'm not going to mention it here).

Anyway, he told me what he was expecting me to do and I thought, sure ... that is within my power and knowledge to do. I already have things planned out in my mind even before he finished explaining. Not surprising cos I have been in this field for more than a decade while this guy is in my organization for about three years. To my surprise, he started to tell me what I should be doing and how he wanted to be done. The request took about two minutes and the explaination on how I should do my job took nearly ten minutes with me staring at him yapping away.

In the end, I asked him, "Are you finished?"
He gave a dissatisfied look as if I wasn't listening to his instruction (I wasn't ) and said "Yes".
I said "Good, now leave."

Then the next few days have been horrible few days for me. This guy kept stalking me wherever I go, always having this worried look on his face that I was going to screw things up. It was hard to breath and I kept looking over the shoulders to see whether he going to drop a vase on my head and take away the request cos he was too worried I will fail. Finally, I got the task finished (flawlessly) and I could see him sigh in relief. We met later (unintentionally of course) and he spoke with a more relaxed tone how he appreciate all that I have done.

I asked him - "Did you know that the project almost failed?"
He gave me a surprised look and asked, "Really? When?"
And I answered, "When you did not trust your co-workers to get the task done."

This is just one situation which we find (incredibly) common among our workplace nowadays. Managers could delegate tasks to their staff and then stand over them like a hawk waiting for a hare (hare as in a rabbit, not hair). They will have fear that if their staff failed to accomplish their given tasks, the managers will get the blame and so, they oversees (micro-manage) everything to their satisfaction. Their overwhelming presence will give unrequired pressure and stress (which these managers thinks is required to get the job done) to the staff and because of that, many of the staff are quickly burnt out and end up making mistakes, which in return justifices the managers that their staffs are lacking in ability to get the job done and therefore required continuous monitoring and observation.

In some office, I have noticed that the tables are arranged in the way that the monitors of the staffs will be facing the manager's room, as if these people have nothing better to do except to see what their staffs are doing during work.

Anyway, I'm back now to my small corner in my organization, away from all these stressed out zombies, sitting down and sipping my tea as I catch up on my tech skills.

1. Lazy people.
2. Non-Believers.
3. Aggressive people.
4. Jealous and Hateful people.
5. Alcoholic

A sound advice from an old man who have lived a very long time. Someone like me, I guess.

But it is true. In life, we could have many plans for the future but because of our association with the wrong kind of people, those plans will get derailed.

Never allow Businessmen to make political suggestions.

Reason :- They don't know crap. Only thing they know is how to increase their wealth by railroading others.

Source : http://www.msn.com/en-my/news/national/vincent-tan-proposes-a-united-states-of-asia/ar-AAlzYsY?li=BBr8Hnu&ocid=iehp

KUALA LUMPUR: Businessman and investor Vincent Tan has suggested a “United States of Asia” as a way to turn the region into the next economic powerhouse.

He also urged Asian countries to use the English language as a common lingua franca in the region.

He said while most Malaysians could speak two or three languages, including English, there were still several Asian countries where businessmen had problems in communicating for business purposes.

United States of Asia??? That's a new one.
Three reasons why that is a BAD idea.

1. It's benefits is only in form of Business and Marketing.

A United State which comprises of large region like Asia will only promote economic venture and nothing more. Asian people come with various background, ethnic, belief and racial difference. They will NOT bow down to a single system.

Other than for business ventures and marketing oppurtunities, what is the use of this so-called United State? What is the unification structure? What is our common structure by which we could place all of our trust into which could unite us as a "unified state"? Nothing. Asia is a region with millions of faces, thousands of races, hundreds of nations, dozens of languages. And it is this different that makes Asia unique and should remain so.

2. A "United State" will only empower certain group of people, alienating others.

In a "United State", it is often the most powerful group which could become empowered to rule others. Those with large amount of community members, stronger physical strength (in military) or wealth and able to link others (unwillingly as well) to them by process of wealth distribution or by force.

Just look at the United States of America. Does all the races there have equal rights and say in the Government? No, only the White men who continued to rule America to this day (except for Obama who was an exception). Red Indians had lost their way of life for over 100 years and every race which entered America are forced to assimilate into American-way of life by the white folks. What does it say? It says that IF a United State of Asia were to form, Asia will lose ALL of its diversity, heritage and culture and will force into a single mass of people who has no background whatsoever except to be drone to someone like Vincent Tan who knows only how to count money and wait for his day to go to his grave.

3. A united state is easier to conquer than a separate group of people and nations.

Let assume that ASEAN thought this is a good idea and decided to become a United State of Asia. What will happen? Certain groups in ASEAN (like Laos and Vietnam) and the gutless Philiphines will decide to "trust" a foreign body like China who has its hand into all the cookie jars (via business deals) and decided to become ASEAN's co-leader. Eventually, China will force itself into ASEAN and we will all become a United States of China.

A United body of government (like the United State of America) is easier to bring down than a large group of People who are divided politically but united by common roots. History already shown that a single group of People had gathered here some 80,000 years ago, split to settle in Indonesia, Malaya, Thailand, Indochina, Kalimantan and Australia. We have these common root in Asia and it should be enough instead of relying on a businessman and his proposal to make quick buck out of our freedom.

Tan added that Thai businessmen were now slowly picking up English, and that other Asian countries, too, were realising the power of speaking and writing in the English language.

“Since there are so many languages in Asia, English would be a binding factor. It will promote business, too,” he added.

I remember a decade ago, these same mouth (Chinese businessmen) went around the World claiming that Mandarin will overtake all the other language since it is used highly in business and number of Mandarin speakers are highest in number around the World. Arrogant boostfulness.

Language is just a tool. IF anyone wants to move forward in the World and not be bounded in a small region, they should learn to read, write and speak as many language as they can. I myself speak five languages (English, Tamil, Chinese, Malay and Japanese) - largely due to amount of Asian TV shows, movies and video games and able to program in half a dozen computer language. I have full confident that if they drop me anywhere in South East Asia (and Japan), I should able to survive.

"It is not a success story. It is story of Slow Death."
- Rajiv Malhotra

I like this guy. As a self-proclaimed historian myself, many of his words does right truth to it. Hinduism have shrunk so much of its influence and territory in the past 2,000 years that we are literally concentrated in India (main group) and shattered territories around the world.

Two thousand years ago, Hinduism have extended from Japan to Middle East and to Sri Lanka (and South East Asia) all the way to Russia. They have even found Shiva temples in Russia recently, showing that Russians themselves had accepted and followed Santana Dharma before Christianity came to them around 5th Century AD.

Why has this happened? For one thing, India have been plaqued by atheism for generations and atheism itself had found its way into Hinduism and rooted itself there. Hindus came to believe that since they are very tolerant people, they should tolerate this cancer that slowly eating away at Hindu society to the extend that today youngsters seems to be embarrassed to proclaim themselves hindus or live according to Dharma.

After India's independence in 1948, the Congress played a bigger role in isolating the Hindu fundamentalists from actively participating in policy making and governing the country. As result, the Congress become a nest of vipers filled with atheists and seculars, who continued to anchor India to its presence day condition.

One of the important aspect which Rajiv Malhorta said is the move to take over the major river systems in India, namely the three rivers that comes from the Himalayan region. Since this video in 2012, Nepal already taken over by Maoist government who are busy kissing the rear end of Beijing and the condition in Kashmir have not improved any further. To make things even worse, China have actively making moves in South East Asia and pigs from Sri Lanka are in league with these pigs from Beijing.

Therefore, unless Hindus themselves start to wake up and do more proactive movement to safeguard their belief system, Hinduism may not survive another 100 years.

Long live the Freedom fighters.

During the speech, he described the fundamentals of a economic models of West and India, viz a viz the Culture and Civilization.

He said that, although American economic model seems or projected to be the best model via world media and Indian media as well, has its fundamental flaws, which are both catastrophic and irreversible.

The American State has broken the backbone of its economy and its society at large, by a continuously attacking on their family, women and culture, under the Leftist-Marxists concepts of liberalism, modernism and contract system while downplaying the ethics, moral and value system.

This lecture is for those people, who thinks India has civilizational problems and for it to be a developed nation, its family and women must be targeted.

When one says "Indians", what they meant was the Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs, atheists and secular.

But problem here is that even so Hindus makes up about 70% of the Indian community, the true power (since 1947) lies in the hands of non-hindus (the rest of the Indian society which makes up the other 30%).

Since 1947, the interest of Hinduism and Hindus have been pushed backward in a slow but steady procession, in order to give the "lesser" fortunate races a chance to move forward. You see, Hindus are too generous for their own good. Even before the Independence, Mahatma Gandhi was ready to hand over India to the Muslim minority so they could rule like they did before the Colonization.

This was one of the reasons why Mahatma was shoot by a hindu fundamentalist who believed that he could destroy India if he continued being too lenient toward non-Hindus. And the fundamentalists were right, India were "destroyed" by people such as him whom continued to be generous to non-hindus in exchange for "favors" and monetary gains.

However, things become very bad as the decades went on. Slowly the ideals of an independent and self-sufficient India which dreamt by Gandhi ji and others like him during the 1930s and 1940s have been shifted aside by Congress who exchange it to trying to mimic the Western society, namely the United State of America.

For nearly 40 years, they continued to poison the minds of the youngsters through educational system by implying that the reason why India was in such backwarded state was due to Hinduism, while suppressing the historical facts of what had been done by Christians and Muslims alike, fearing that if they were to teach youngsters on what really happened, it could lead to Hindu revivalist movement like what happened during the 1900s. In another word, the only way India can be maintained as a backward country, continuingly supplying workforce and intellectual force for Westerners was by ensuring that Hindu revivalists have no foothold in India, which is what happening to this day in India.

Furthermore, Congress had made severe mistake in allowing Socialism to enter India in 1970s by supporting the Soviet Union against Pakistan and Afghanistan. This cancer called Atheism enters India and continue to enrich the already corrupted Atheists' mindset that existed in India before to a new level, allowing them to take up arms against the government by using excuses such as race, caste and social inequity.

Therefore, IF India is to be saved, it must undergo a rapid and painful process of dying and reviving. The social structure we have today in India - where the non-hindus are in power, influence of socialism and the severe division among states in India must all be destroyed and replaced with better systems.

Hinduism must be given its rightful place as the dominant religion in the country and that can only be done by openly challenging Christianity and Islam. Hindu Kings in the past will have debate contests among scholars of various beliefs in midst of the People and the belief system which able to withstand the debate and prove its points are allowed to be spread to the People. It had been done before and it MUST be done now to erase all the false religions which already taking too much space in the minds of the People.

Socialism must be eradicated - first from political parties, then from written words and educational systems and finally through military actions. Social inequity must be address as soon as possible by enriching the lowest level of society - the farmers and merchants who are the backbone of any society. They must be given great amount of help to maintain their farms, their children must be given education and encouraged to take up agriculture in a modern perspective (like what happened in Japan where they commit agricultural revolutions through science and technology) and their products must be allowed to be sold according to standardized price and goes to the People who needs them instead of other products like cosmetics.

HIndus must study the mass amount of information left behind by their forefathers and understand that Hindu societies existed peacefully for thousands of years where war was something still existed (it always does) but the factor contributing to social changes were not war or any other strife, but the religion itself which allowed social equality, freedom and many more positive outcome. Yeah, sure Hinduism had its own problems but no Hindus have ever fought a religion war in India on who was right and who was not. Whatever problem Hinduism brought - like Caste problems which can be solved by our own hands without the need for war.

Lastly India requires a revolution if it is to be saved. It maybe already too late as many evil enemies are within their borders and inside India itself but nevertheless, unless Hindus themselves try and change their fate, nothing will change.

Long live the Freedom fighters.
