Eh, lupa nak cakap, punya la tanya sampai kul brp. Kite reply kat sini la, sbb pasal Kansai.
Sbb sampai pagi, kite suggest boleh gak ambik pakej ICOCA & HARUKA, untuk dari airport ke bandar Osaka/Kyoto. https://www.westjr.co.jp/global/ ... /pass/icoca-haruka/
ICOCA tuh leh guna utk jln2 dlm Osaka & Kyoto. Klu taknak return/refund & nak simpan kad ICOCA tuh as souvenir, atau nak simpan utk next time (dia valid 10 tahun dari tarikh last guna), leh guna gak ICOCA tuh utk jln2 dlm Nagoya & Tokyo. Ramai yg simpan sbb design Hello Kitty tuh, org local tak dapat design tuh, tourists jer yg leh dpt design tuh.

Tp mcm gak yuki awal tahun hari tuh, tsuyu tahun nih pun agak meriah drpd biasa. So, hati2 ye, dah ada kes banjir & tanah runtuh. Dinasihatkan lebih kpd city holiday, cuba elakkan gunung2 & countrysides sehingga tgh bulan Julai nnti. Payung & baju hujan juga jgn dilupakan. Tp tak ramai kot visit sbb dah nak bulan puasa kan. |

Flight dari Tokyo ke Hiroshima dlm 1 jam 25 min, tp dari Narita tak byk & yg bebetul reliable satu jer (ANA), yg byk dr Haneda.
Klu naik shinkansen, dari Tokyo dlm 4~5 jam, bergantung jenis train.
Sebenarnya klu nak pegi Hiroshima jer, better turun Kansai Airport (Osaka), lagi dekat.
Kat Jepun salu kite pakai winter coat jer, jrg kite pakai tebal, tp nih kite la. Ramai yg tak tahan sejuk mcm kite. Suhu dlm 5~12°C. So bergantung pada individual punya ketahanan la.

Magazine names Kyoto world’s best city for second year in a row
NEW YORK – Kyoto was named the world’s best city for a second consecutive year by the readers of U.S. travel magazine Travel + Leisure, the publication said Tuesday.
Since 1995, the magazine has released an annual ranking of the world’s top 10 cities as assessed by its readers. It samples their opinions in six categories, including places of interest, culture, food, and people.
The former capital and home of the Imperial Family for over 1,000 years is increasingly considered a draw for tourists. Readers called Kyoto “the quintessential Japanese experience” because it offers visitors “everything from history to notable cuisine (shojin ryori),” the magazine said, a reference to the many shrines and temples located in the city.
A ceremony to honor the cities will take place in New York on July 23. Officials from Kyoto including Kenichi Ogasawara, deputy mayor, are scheduled to attend.
“The high rating for Kyoto is a high rating for Japan overall,” said Kyoto Mayor Daisaku Kadokawa, speaking at a news conference in Tokyo following the announcement.
Also speaking was Japan Tourism Agency Commissioner Shigeto Kubo, who said it was reward for Kyoto’s efforts. He said he would “respect” the city for it.
The number of tourists who visited the former capital hit a record high of 55.64 million in 2014. The number of foreign tourists to Japan increased to a record 13.41 million, boosted by a weak yen and relaxed visa requirements, government data show.
There has been a significant rise in visitors from China and elsewhere in Asia as the yen has depreciated amid unprecedented easing by the Bank of Japan. Other factors included an expansion in duty-free items for foreign visitors and a rise in flights by low-cost carriers.

Pictures that show why travelers voted Kyoto the best city in the world
Kyoto is home to incredible temples, like the Byodo-in Buddhist temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site:
One of the most breathtaking temples is the 14th-century Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), which has a shiny gold facade that reflects beautifully in the pond it sits on:
Travelers love the thousands of scarlet colored torii (shrine gates) that lead 2.5 miles up a mountain to the main Inari shrine: Fushimi Inari Taisha:
Japan is world famous for its cherry blossoms, and Kyoto is full of the incredible trees:
Fall also is no less striking:
For a closer look at the fall foliage, take a boat down the Oi river to the Arashiyama area:
You can also catch amazing views of Mt. Fuji while riding the Shinkansen (try to book the D or E seats):
Kyoto is home to incredible natural sites, like the otherworldy Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, which is as famous for its beautifully dense stalks as it is for its creaky, rustling noises:
It has retained its traditions and architecture, like in the beautifully restored Ninenzaka street, which slopes down from the Kiyomizu-dera Temple and was laid out during Kyoto’s ancient imperial years:
It’s also modern. The Shijo-Dori central shopping district rivals any contemporary shopping you’d find in Tokyo:
Gion & its geisha:
