itu lah ramai suruh proceed. aku kalau hot area lg la xmampu. setia alam ni leh thn jauh, tp xpe aku leh merempit.

Wife ada ke?suh wife support sket2...kalau bjg kena jimat bab2 makan n soping sket2..hehe..dok pun keje part time mlm2...3 thn pas beli umah i rasa u akan ok..sbb sy pn mcm tu...mula2 rasa sesak...kawal sket duit...jimat..tk g bercuti 2 thn....n dlm sebulan sekali je kuar tuk cuci mata or soping....lau rasa duit tkde baik duk kt umah diam2...

Yes.. i agree. i beli rumah subsale tu lembab gila nak lulus loan. sebab : owner patut tukar nama hakmilik strata tu dulu tp dia tak buat sbb tak amik kesah kekdahnya. ingat da beli rumah boleh trus jual... pastu lawyer amik masa nak uruskan tukar nama hakmilik strata dr developer ke nama owner pastu ke nama iols (gitu la cara lawyer explain)... bila amik masa lama.. owner bising2 kat iols kata lembab. hoi. dia punya salah pastu kita kena blame.
dah la tu pulak ada hati masih lagi sewakan rumah tu kat org bila snp dah sign. konon dia kata dia rugi. bongok. bila semua setel, dpt kunci rumah... rumah tu dah teruk ok! bersepah, sampah sana sini pastu conteng sana sini. sbb penyewa bengang kat owner jual rumah kat iols. bila komplen dgn owner.. dia boleh kata iols sengaja kotorkan rumah tu sbb nak delay bayar dia. wth. ktorg trus guna lawyer tu push owner.., baru owner tu bersihkan rumah tu baru ktorg dpt move in.

aku bujang. itulah yg aku nampak. xdpt la aku berfoya2 holiday ape bagai tu. akak aku pon ckp bende same mula2 beli rumah mmg susah, sesak sume la. tp lps tu ok da. aku xsangka dpt plak rumah selangorku ni. xsmpai sebulan apply terus dpt.

Rumah tu dijangka siap 2019. Masih under construction lg. Maybe kene baya cket je kot utk progressive payment.

dah siap nnti, u buat la sewa bilik yg 2 lg tu..at least dapat cover 50% loan pun dah ok..

aku penah ada masalah mcm ko ni..bank value umah kurang dpr owner letak harga rumah..
Ade T&C kat s & P tu..macam aku dlu..lambat dari tarikh sepatutnya owner dpt full amount..aku kena panalty 10% per annum drp harga rumah.

And aku bank in je kat owner rumah tu balance yg x cukup contoh harga rumah RM240k tp bank bg RM200k jer..
So aku pun bank in sikit2 balance RM40k tu make sure simpan resit and lg bagus transfer sbb ade nama dia skali, plus, inform lawyer skali.
