guna sikit je tak ada bau except masa membuang ...... hiriskan 3 ke 5 ikut saiz saja untuk mee soup, or masak dengan tofu, udang.......
ps. tak tau any petua tapi since dah biasa ok je.... |

carrot soup
2 batang carrot, didadu
seketul kiub ayam
1/2 biji bawang besar dicincang
lada sulah
garam
whipping krim atau susu segar
satu sudu butter
Rebus carrot, bawang besar, air dan kiub ayam sampai carrot lembut. Biar suam . Blend sampai halus.
Tuang semula dalam periuk dan masak guna api kecil. Masukkan garam, lada sulah, dan butter. Tambah air jika sup terlalu pekat. Jika ingin berkrim, masukan cream atau susu segar. Adjust kepekatan yang dikehendaki. Biar mendidih. Tutup api. Hidang panas dengan garlic bread |

boleh. sebab masa pi kelas memasak western food dulu. chef tu letak cooking cream. bukan susu segar.
tapi hari tu saya buat, guna susu penuh krim, bukan susu segar. sedap gak.
jangan Tanya saya apa beza semua2 susu2 tu ye. saya pun taktau. hahaha.
saya bantai je yg mana ada. |

saja nak share resepi creamy mushroom soup ni...dpt dr kwn yg keja chef...mak dgn anak sy suka sgt soup ni...anak sy yg 2 thn tu mkn mushroom soup ni dgn nasi ...
Bahan-bahan
1 tin cendawan butang
1 pek cendawan butang segar *
1 pek cendawan tiram *
(yg bertanda * optional....klu xde pun xpe )
1 bj bawang besar
1 kiub stok ayam
3 sudu besar creamer (coffeemate atau apa2 brnd) @ 100ml cream
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
3 sudu besar butter
garam secukup rasa
air secukupnya
Cara-cara
1. finely chopped bawang besar & mushroom (mushroom tu separuh chop n separuh lg blend)
> tumiskan semua bahan2 ni sampai kering .
2. Dalam periuk lain...panaskan butter smpi cair lepas tu masukkan tepung dan kacau...api sederhana....agak2 tepung tu dah masak masukkan campuran air + stok ayam + creamer....masuk sedekit demi sedikit smbl kacau utk pastikan x berketul...
3.Masukkan cmprn cendawan dan bawang yg terlah ditumis n kacau sebati...masuk kan garam secukupnya....
4. kalau rasa x cukup pekat leh tmbh tepung jagung

…baru jer buat mushroom soup nie for dinner last night…very simple…yet very delicious…
…bahan2nya…
…1 packet button mushroom (slice and cut into small pieces)
…1 large onion (slice and cut into small pieces)
…3/4 cup of all purpose flour
…100gm of butter
…1 cup of thickened cream (about 250ml)
…1000ml of water
…1 cube of chicken stock
…salt and black pepper to taste
…in a pot…melt the butter and add in the onions…saute the onions till fragrance and then add in the mushroom…saute until the mushroom becomes soft…then add in the flour…keep on stirring for a while and then add in the water and the chicken stock…let it come to a boil…then add in the salt and pepper…lastly…add in the thickened cream…slow down the heat and let it boil for a couple of minutes before turning off the heat…u can add parsley if u want…its optional…if the soup is too thick…u can add in more water…
