last week den tgok resepi ni....mcm sdap je...so trus den beli brang2 n buat...mula2 x jadi...sbb tang kek tu jd bantat...x perasan kat mangkuk ada air, no wonder putih telur nak naik2....jari den pla ...

intan buat tadi pun kek dia jadi bantat...tak naik napa ye?layer tu jadi...ada tak sbb loyang besar?kena guna loyang kecik skit ke?

pastu tang kek tu, mummy tak asingkan telur kuning dan putih kan?terus campur sebiji2 dalam adunan kek tu ye?

salam..

saya pon da try buat kek ni..menjadi sedap..tp mcm biasa..karamel saya berlobang2..tak cunn....setiap kali buat jd gini...ada petua ka camne taknak kasik buih2.n lubang2 ni..tak reti2..

bakar kaedah bake marie tu, just buh air dalam tray yg sedia ada dlm oven kita tu ke, pastu baru buh loyang..mcm tu ke?? harap ada yg dapat bantu... kek ni menarik, teringin nak cuba..cuma tak sure bab bake marie tu... tq

nk masukkan dalam cup yg mana? yg muffin / cup cake ke? err ada ke sesapa yg pernah buat cream caramel / puding gula hangus dlm cup mcm ni? kalu ada, dan bole buat, then kek karamel nih bole le buat dlm cup.

kalau adunan kek sponge / chiffon saja no hal lah masuk cup.

kek kastad karamel yg tak berapa menjadi. Ini kali kedua buat ...first time dulu memang fail terus sebab adunan kek dan kastad jadik bercampur. Kali ni guna resepi Alex Goh kat 1st page...tapi bahagian kek macam tak jadik je...berat & padat....Kuah(?) karamelnya pun tak byk sebab derhaka pada resepi...he..he...will try again bila-bila rajin nanti

ni resipinya

kek karamel
saiz 7x7

bahan2:
(A)
2 sudu besar gula (utk bt gula hangus)
*tabur gula dlm loyang n msk ats api perlahan..biar gula hancur n wrna tukar jd perang)

(B) - Bhagian Atas
1/2 tin susu cair FN...(blh tmbah klu nk karamel tebal ckit)
70gm gula kastor
1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
3 bj kuning telur...(klu tmbah susu cair kena tmbah gak kuning telur)

(C) - Lapisan Kek
140gm tepung gandum
70gm gula kastor
3 bj kuning telur
135ml air biasa
1 sudu teh baking powder (guna sudu KFC)
45ml minyak msk

(D)Merinque
6 bj putih telur
70gm gula kastor
1 sudu teh krim of tartar (guna sudu KFC)

Cara menbuatnya:
1. Kacau semua bhn (B) perlahan2...jgn bg berbuih2...nti x jd karamelnye...
2. masukkan (B) td dlm loyang gula hangus tadi.
3. pukul bahan (C)
4. pukul sampai bhn (D) smpai jd kembang n bila kita angkat dia x jatuh...
5. campurkan adunan (C) + (D) dan gaul ngan senduk hingga sebati..
6. bahgikan kpd beberapa bhgian n tak warna n paste klu nk..
7. masukkan kedlm loyang yg td..
8. Bakar cara double boiling - selama 1jam suhu 160-180C
9. Bila msk angkat n rest 10 minit br t'balik kan kek yg dibakar tadi...
10.Masukkan dlm peti sejuk 1jam n lepas 2 mkn sejuk2...sedap...tahan dlm peti ais 5 hari tau....2 pun klu x abih d'makan...
