macam aku buat barbell bench push up press wrist aku macam tue laa sebabkan ada rasa tak selesa..

tapi setelah bata cakap buat macam penumbuk baru rasa best...

sape pernah training pakai medicine ball? aku rasa nak try tapi memandang kan harga yg boleh tahan tu membuatkan aku terkedu..

setakat nih - elastic band, gym ball, sandbag, .. tgh memikirkan alternatif murah utk medicine ball.. nak dptkan solid core..

ada macam2 size -  dari 6lbs to 18lbs pun ada -




exercise with medicine ball




Standing torso twist

    * Stand back to back 1 metre apart
    * Keep your hips facing forward and legs slightly relaxed
    * Pass the ball to one another by only twisting the torso

How many - Two sets of ten reps






Hamstring curls

    * Lie flat on the ground
    * Roll the ball along the back of legs
    * On reaching the heels the ball is flicked up

How many - Two sets of eight reps






Chest push

    * Feet together
    * Hands behind ball and elbows out
    * Step forward and push ball upwards and towards your partner

How many - Two sets of eight reps






Vertical extensions

    * Stand back to back approx. 60cm apart
    * Ball is passed overhead
    * Ball is returned between the knees

How many
- One set of ten reps





Lay back double arm throw

    * Support your back with a large medicine ball
    * Throw another medicine ball to your partner
    * Partner returns ball to an overhead position

How many - Two sets of eight reps





Double leg kicks

    * Lie on your back
    * Soles of feet facing partner
    * Partner stands 3 metres away
    * Partner throws ball in a looping path onto your feet
    * Bending your knees back to your chest the ball is then kicked back to your partner
    * Do not lower your legs to the ground

How many - Two sets of ten reps





Straight arm standing throw

    * Place one foot 50 cm behind the other
    * Take the ball back, ensure hands are high, shoulders stretched and chest out
    * Step forward and throw the ball to your partner, keeping the arms straight

How many
- Two sets of eight reps





Abdominal curl

    * Sitting up slightly, resting on your hands
    * Knees bent
    * Ball is held by the knees
    * Draw knees up to the chest
    * Return to the starting position

How many - One set of twelve reps

What inspire u to go workout? (kadang2 rasa malas lak), I have workout buddies there, then gym owner always glad to help me but sometimes rasa hazabb malas gile nak pegi :@

aku bercadang nk gunakan jugk fatburner untuk bakar lemak2 yg degil bahagian perut akunih..smakin lama smakin aku sakit hati dgn lemak2 yg degil terutamanya di part bermula dr pusat sampai ke tundun..so aku nk tnya fatburner apa yg bgus untuk org mcm aku?lipo6?amp?..dan jenis kapsul yg mana btul2 sesuai dgn bdn aku?fyi berat aku dah naik 70kg dan tinggi aku pula 175cm..buat masa ni,aku still workout spt situp & dumbell..cuma pumpin aku jrg2..pasal pmknan aku slalunya elak untuk mkn mlm..bfst dn lunch semestinya..serta lg satu bdn aku jenis cepat naik dan cepat turun...aku sbnanye seorang perokok dan agak suka tidur lewat..adakah benda2ni mempengaruhi metabolisma bdn aku?dan aku da start workout since aku memulakan thread nih..cuma kdg2 ada certain time aku stop,kasi badan aku rehat...apa2 teguran atau komen untuk majukan diri aku dipersilakan..

.ohya,aku xpenah guna whey protein sebab asalnya aku dulu cuma nak fitkan badan ja..target aku untuk dapat otot2 di perut agak berjaya sebab bentuk da dapat cuma lemak2 tepu ni agakk mengganggu,memang diluar org akan nampak aku seperti fit...tetapi hakikatnya aku fat

aku percaya kat diet, workout n cukup tdo jer ... n rokok is very bad ...

Nak alternatif kepada medicine ball? Ko pegi je mengkapak kayu tak pun banting padi. Sesuai untuk lats, lower back dan middle back.

Buat macam george foreman, kapak kayu je kerje dia.. nasib baik masa boxing tak dikapaknya Mohammad Ali.

mslh aku pn sma lbih kurang mcm sinbad gak...
iaitu dr bhgain pusat ke bwh, nmpk sket lemak2nya...

klu ble nak nmpk lg jelas 6@8 pack...

makan yg tak optimal
rehat yg tak optimal.
fat burner tkkan memberi kesan 100% pada anda. cover benda2 tu dlu.

whey bukannye benda sintetik yg buat kt lab ke apa ke. dia tetap berasal dr dairy products.

sbb keju mengandungi bnyk lemak dan whey mmg totally protein.

Protein ialah protein. ialah gabungan peptides dan guba rantain amino acids.

wuaa...klo camni la pemahaman rakyat malaysia terhadap pemakanan, cikgu2 sains dan juga pakar nutrisi masih bnyk kerja patut dilakukan lah

bro....fat burner tu bukan slimming pills. dia ialah thermogenic agents.
klo tak berkesan, bodybuilder takkan guna untuk cuttinf dan dpt cecah ke 3-4% bodyfat level


ermmm.....masih bnyk myths2 yg perlu diperbetulkan nampaknye. dan aku agak kecewa bila aku baca arini, ada rakyat Malaysia beranggapan subscription to gym membazir.
baik pergi spa, slimmin center or club2....haihhhhh
