berat speghetti 500 gm ek per packing. walaupun selalu beli n sentiasa ada stok kat umah tak pernak tgk weight dia berapa. cuma tgk halal ke idak jek. kalu sebungkus pack yg biasa tu 10 org mkn pun boleh

marinara kalau ikut resepi asal mmg plain saja. tapi kalau nak letak pun boleh juga. ikut selera masing2. saya kalau buat mmg ikut resepi sebiji cam italian buat.

tu ada gambar food portion guide. saya selalu secekak (ibu jari bertemu telunjuk) untuk masak pasta utk dua orang. tu cara saya portionkan pasta.

saya ada tengok kat coldstorage. and expat supermarket cam jaya grocer etc. anyway cuba try tak letak mushroom sebab marinara tak sesuai letak mushroom nampak cam bodoh je sebab takde apa tapi tomato tu dah bagi rasa. kena masak lama ye (dalam 40 minit ke atas). kena masak sampai tomato tu masak. tekstur cam pecah minyak gitu. kalau masak tak lama, tomato tu akan rasa metallic tu sebab ramai kata tak sedap or kuah spaghetti tak jadi.

kalau ikutkan bolognese sauce tu paling minimum kena masak slow sampai 2-3 jam. baru betul masak tomato tu. tapi ada je yang masak 15-30 jam. tu rasa tak sedap or tak jadi

banyak store bought kuah pasta ni saya rasa dia punya sauce tak cukup masak. memang tak kena dengan tekak saya. saya lebih suka original resipi italian Last edited by munchkin on 6-2-2014 05:39 PM

oo.. gitu ek. smlm masa singgah kedai bahan kek nampak ada tomato tapi brand lain ler tapi italian herbs tak de pulak. nak mix sendiri tak cukup bahan pulak.

sy kalu masak sos bolognese selalunya sejam or lebih. guna api perlahan biar dia masak sehingga jadi pekat skit

betul tu. italian herbs boleh cari brand mccormick. yang mix herb tu. tak payah nak beli satu satu herb. bazir je.

tapi yang best guna italian pelati/pomodoro tomatoes ni. saya rasa guna ni lain rasanya. rasa saya. sebab dah guna tomato yang biasa cam tak sama rasa bila makan kat italian restaurant tu. kalau kat overseas, derang guna san marzano. kat sini setakat ni takde. kalau ada dah lama beli.

harini aku bt fettucini goreng. sbnrnya buat for my doter yg 1y
tp lebihnya i bt untuk breakfast i.jimat

tumis bwg merah+bwg putih+ capcisum..ltk udg dgn sotong
masukkan carrot..tomato..kacau2. lps tu masukkan fettucini
herb lain x ada.yg ada oregano je.belasah je la ltk
yg i punya i taburkan black peper..baru la mkn sedap.

misz pon sekrg pakai italian herbs brand mccormick..senang satu botol tu je..tp ade additional bottle of oregano ground brand same..dulu salu beli satu satu, parsley,rosemary,thyme..last2 x abes2 pon,expired dh pon..rugi pulak rase

lamanya..tp kalau yg beli ready made souce tu pun kena masak lama juga ke...or maybe yg ready made tu dah masak separuh

spahetti dgn sos chilli con carne pedas ....tabur pulak grated gouda cheese...

makan panas2 masa perut lapar mmg terangkat...x tengok kiri kanan dah...kes puji diri yg malas masak nih

biasa aku buat sekali byk, pastu pack dlm beberapa bekas kecik dan freezekan

carbonara ready made tak sedap.
prefer buat sendiri tak banyak pun bahan yg penting guna cooking cream,parmesan,bawang putih,lada putih.
Lps tu tambah ler daging ke atau apa2 seafood.
