Kerje ape ni? Aku amalkan balik kerje bersenam dulu, sebab nak shake off stress dan tak nak bawak stress balik rumah. Samada hit the gym atau main tennis/ping pong. Baru senyum je balik rumah.

td aku singgah ace hardware.. kapak panjang kaw2 punya hara tak lebih 70 hinggit.. tp tak baper berat.. utk hayun 2 tangan..

tapi kalu sledgehammer kepala besi.. ada la 8 kilo.. harga dekat2 seratus.. boleh??

kalo endomorph, fatburner mmg dapat membantu.
aku guna gainer. gainer = whey + dextrose.
ok pasal soalan apabila tk ambik whey lagi dan stop training, apa akan jadi?

soalan ini berbalik kpd genetik asal.
aku ectomorph, so probably aku akan shrink (atrophy) dan kembali kurus.
kalo jenis endomorph mcm Malek Noor (org kata dia endo), gemuk itu satu kemungkinan.

tapi soalan apa akan jadi ni subjektif sbb cam aku kata dia berkaitan dgn BMR.
contoh la BMR aku 1500, aku stop training, tp pemakanan aku still jaga, dan kalori maintain pada 1500.
so aku akan maintain la.

benda yg berlaku apabila diorg ni stop training, tp makan nk macam dulu juga. tu yg jadi gemuk.
meh aku aku bagi analogi yg mudah skit.

Bro ada sebuah kereta, hari2 bro isik minyak kat keta ni, tapi hari2 juga bro bawak pergi jalan2.
then satu hari, bro decide, ahhh malaslah, tknak bawak lagi keta ni, tapi bro tetap isik minyak kt keta tu.
apa akan jadi? minyak akan melimpah betul?
inilah yg terjadi.
excessive calories = FAT

whey tiada bezanye dgn sumber protein lain kecuali dr rantaian amino acids.
takde istilah protein untuk bodybuilder atau protein utk org biasa.
protein ialah protein.

Is Whey a Halal ingredient?
Muslims think that whey is milk based ingredient, it has to be Halal but answer is NO. There are two kinds of whey, one is sweet or rennet whey and other is acid whey. Acid whey is obtained during the making of acid type of cheese such as cottage cheese. Sweet or rennet whey is used more in food products than acid whey. Sweet whey or rennet whey is a by-product of cheese making.
Whey is portion of milk remaining after coagulation and removal of curd. Whey is Halal only if the Halal starter culture bacteria, Halal medium on which these starter culture grown (Starter culture bacteria are Halal if they obtained from milk source not meat source and media on which these starter culture bacteria grown has to be made from Halal ingredients such milk), microbial rennet, microbial lipase enzyme, Halal color, Halal flavor are used in manufacturing a cheese product from milk. These requirements can only obtained if the cheese and whey are Halal (which meet the Islamic dietary requirements). A Halal  symbol (which meet the Islamic dietary requirements) on a food package containing whey indicates that it is manufactured under Halal supervision.


based from book Halal&Haram published by Consumer Association of Penang, what i read, whey is haram too, just like what stated above unless it is prepared through halal procedure rite??

but, most of whey product i see has no halal symbol or logo....???

correct me if i'm wrong....

yg lain pula, ada yg under FSAF USA.
