klo nk banding dar segi kadar penyerapan dan rantaian amino acids, tkde sumber protein yg sama ngn whey.
protein based dari tumbuh2 tk dpt diserap secara efektif kalo banding protein dari haiwan.
maybe boleh try eggs protein.

ermm...aku student gak dlu....tp aku anggap men besi ni leisure...
so tkde la tensen.
lgpon bro akan lagi segar bile bersukan.....
sbrnye aku suke btol feel bila mandi lps men besi ni....sbb ms tu muscle kembang....rs cam bodybuilder gitu...hahaha .

errmm...sbg start mebi jumaat sabtu tu dah ok, tambah satu hari lagi jadikan atleast 3 hari.
dah boleh buat fullbody routine sbb tk ckup masa.
hari2 lain boleh buat bodyweight training cam link yg bro alpha bagi tu. cuba cek page sebelah.
tk ambil bnyk masa pon weight training ni, sejam dh ckup, all out la, jgn la bnyk borak je....hehe

asalkan ada bench, barbell, dumbbell dan pull-up bar dah cukup dah.
tak perlu nak mesin2 fancy2 apa lagi beginner.

bodyweight tk perlu gym tk per.
aku dlu senggayut kat palang besi kolej je layan kan dgn budak2 Rusia.

nape tk mo masuk gym tu? segan?
aku dlu intimidated gak nk msuk gym....tp kalo x masuk smpi bile nak masuk?

bukan apa beb....ada sorg mmber pompuan aku janji nk pki g-string kalo aku lagi shredded.....
kira motivation la....kehkehkeh...sapo tknak

pemakanan ckupkan real foods dlu, bru ambik supplement weight/mass gainer.
lebihkan lauk drpd nasik. pstikan setiap meal ada protein based food
