klo nk banding dar segi kadar penyerapan dan rantaian amino acids, tkde sumber protein yg sama ngn whey.
protein based dari tumbuh2 tk dpt diserap secara efektif kalo banding protein dari haiwan.

ermm...aku student gak dlu....tp aku anggap men besi ni leisure...

hari2 lain boleh buat bodyweight training cam link yg bro alpha bagi tu. cuba cek page sebelah.
tk ambil bnyk masa pon weight training ni, sejam dh ckup, all out la, jgn la bnyk borak je....hehe

kira motivation la....kehkehkeh...sapo tknak
pemakanan ckupkan real foods dlu, bru ambik supplement weight/mass gainer.
lebihkan lauk drpd nasik. pstikan setiap meal ada protein based food
