And, pls stop commenting if u think all informations here not valid for u bulan. U can pm me and tell me adila pls check ur info.. not bluntly put a negative remarks and its from public health malaysia as well kkm portal.

Okay here goes
1) long periods of inactive can lead to athrophy in the brain - atau in simple way bila musscle kita terlalu lama tak aktif jadi tak efektiflah ..tu causing nyanyuk / senile / dimentia and so on.
The researchers = found that more sitting led to thinner medial temporal lobes , which can be an early sign of cognitive decline and dementia in middle aged . However findings ni refer to the article yg i baca the findings however do not prove that excessive sitting causes thinner brain structures. Haa ni you faham better la.
2) Dementia is more likely - sitting too much, raises your risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, high blood cholestrol - make sense @ipes2 ?
3) U could get DVT - uish urat timbul timbul tu ya? a clot that forms in our leg sebab duduk lama? so what the heck, its good to break sitting too long ...if daily duduk 3 - 4 jam kalau sebulan berapa jam dah? so it make sense jugakla.
4) wrecks ur back - ni betul sangat im facing it now.

oh rambut tu i kena baca dulu..nnt free i tepek. oh last but not least sebab tu kat dunia ni banyak doctor...semua doctor ada opinion mereka in what ever subject kesihatan ..sebab tu ramai doctor yg buat research depa akan recordkan all facts and yes u have ur opinion as well others it can be betul to person A and it can wrong to person B. In major decisions doctors need to dicuss as one team table down everything before proceed with next stage kan?. then become a patient pun also have to be extra smart to know what is best for u. Level kesihatan kita dgn org lain kan berbeza beza. But its a bonus when you know more. Okay ...good day doc ipes. Its good im ur co mod so i dont just simply agree with u. hehehehe

Tiada ubat-ubatan yang khusus untuk merawat demam denggi. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat minuman dan jus yang dipercayai dapat membantu pesakit demam denggi seperti:
1. Jus daun betik
Kementerian Kesihatan menjalankan kajian bagi kesan daun betik untuk merawat demam denggi. Bekas Timbalan Menteri Kesihatan, Dr Hilmi Yahaya pernah berkata penyelidikan awal menunjukkan bahawa ekstrak daun betik dapat meningkatkan tahap platelet dalam pesakit yang menghidap demam denggi.
"Pengambilan minuman jus daripada produk berasaskan daun betik sebagai rawatan alternatif untuk demam denggi dipercayai dapat mempercepatkan pemulihan bagi pesakit denggi," jelasnya.
2. Sup ketam
Sup ketam merupakan salah satu cara traditional untuk melawan demam denggi. Ketam dipercayai mengandungi protein yang tinggi dan ia dapat membantu meningkatkan kandungan platelet darah dalam badan.
3. Jus jambu batu merah
Jambu batu merah mengandungi vitamin C dan ia membantu meningkatkan imuniti terhadap bakteria dalam badan. Selain itu, ia juga dapat menyembuhkan luka dengan cepat.
4. Minuman isotonik
Minuman isotonik dapat membantu menambahkan tenaga. Ia dapat membantu pesakit demam denggi untuk mengekalkan hidrasi dalam badan.
5. Air kelapa muda
Air kelapa muda dapat menambahkan tahap mineral yang hilang di dalam badan disebabkan demam denggi serta ia juga membantu untuk menyejukkan badan.
6. Jus kurma atau buah kurma
Kurma sangat tinggi dari segi kandungan gula, zink, dan vitamin. Selain untuk membantu pesakit demam denggi, ia memang terkenal sebagai penawar segala penyakit.
Meskipun begitu, ia amat penting bagi pesakit denggi untuk mendapatkan rawatan doktor sebelum mencuba rawatan alternatif kerana denggi boleh membawa maut! |

rajin sungguh u monitor thread i semua ya. Thank U for putting this... okay aje if u kata sup ketam tu... selama ni pun i ingat sup ketamlah sembuh kan denggi if betul berebut pakar farmasi buat ubat dari sup ketam... so what im saying... don't put tanggapan sup ketam terus baik denggi... probability ia membantu boost u immune sistem badan utk pulih dgn cepat... yeah maybe. i nak hantar anak i sekolah dah ni..btw later i akan double check.. and pls dont write if ur intention is to condemn me personally. The least ikut style ipes, dia bertanya bukan terus bagi statement...dia tu lagi doktor.. kita bukan. |

This is a forum.. so i kena accept disagreements. So i have the rights to put a comment and reply button too. You sangat rajin, thumbs up bulan.
