kalau tepung 4 cawan lebih mmg byk hasilnya tu..lenkali kena buat separuh dr resepi tu..kalau resepi Noor tu 250 g tepung (llebih kurang 2 cawan) sekali makan jer..just nice lah..

bila lah nak cuba resepi mie ni...asyik tertangguh jer..:nyorok:

Noor rasa donut dunkin tu buh bread improver kot, tu pasal lembut giler walaupun dah 2 hari usia donut tu :bgrin:, tapi Noor pernah terbaca kat dlm internet bread improver ni tak elok utk kesihatan..tu ari Noor dah nak beli bread improver sekali terbaca info tu langsung tak jadi..:kant:

Kak noor ari ahad lepas speed buat lagi donut kak noor ni tp kali ni try guna yis kering lak, ok jer adunan mengembang...padahal speed cuma tutup ngan pinggan plastik jer.......tp satu jer kalu guna yis kering ni dia mengembang masa di goreng so...kalu sesapa yg nak buat cam bebola tu eloklah buat sebesar ibu jari jer sbb nanti dia kembang tak hengat kat dlm kuali tu....

Kakak ipar speed siap tanya buh apa sbb lembut jer donut ni....& seperti biasa tak sempat nak simpan sampai esok tup-tup dah abis licin dikerjakan anak2 buah.....donut ni even dah sejuk pun ok jer lembut dia....

Bagi speed kalu nak compare guna yis basah dgn yis kering rasanya yis basah lagi sedap lah......tp bila speed tanya asben dia cakap sedap yg pakai yis kering plak....:stp::stp: hehehehe.....

betul tu speed....masa xette buat arituh pon...dia mengembang tak hengat masa dlm kuali...
kalut sekejap..sbb xette gentel beso2 gak..sbb tgk tak kembang pon masa dlm besen...hehehe

lerr....kene guna plastic gak ker?? pinggan plastic/cling form..iiskk ngada2 tul donut ni...
ingat bole guna kain basah....

hehehe....benornya sbb cling film tu dah abis.....lupa nak beli...tu yg main tutup ngan pinggan plastik jer...tup2 kembang gak dia....:lol...

speed, sebenarnya tujuan nak tutup tu nak kasi adunan tu panas/berpeluh biar udara dlm bekas tu jd suam2..akak kadang lepas bulat2 tu masukkan dlm tupperware perap dlm tu kalau malas nak guna cling film lagi pun jimat kan penggunaan cling flim..tapi masa perap adunan tu kena guna besen dlm..so nak tak nak kena guna cling film kalau boleh tutup dgn pinggan ke apa..ok..cam speed buat tu tak ada masalah..tapi akak tak pernah lagik buat cam xette tudung dgn kain lembab...

akak buat bulat2 tu, akak terap je dgn acuan biskut hok bulat mmg kecik2 je..sbb nanti bila goreng jd besau..kalau kita buat bulat besau nanti lambat masak di dalamnya bahagian luar dah gelap..nanti tak best lak..

akak pun suka hok guna yis basah..terbalik lak dgn ur hubby..tak per lah janji dia suka makan...:bgrin:

semalam akak belek2 buku baking (baru beli kat charity shop last week) jumpa resepi Almond Donut..nanti akak nak try..tengok secara kasar resepi tu sama ja dgn resepi donut akak tu cuma dia buh almond kisar dlm adunan tu..karang akak tepek resepinyaaa..

Noor, kak hannah dah buat dah... yg mie nye resipi tu... masa kak hannah bulat2kan dia. lepas tu teringat nak campur ngan nibbed almond... so, kak hannah pun tekap je bola2 tu dalam almond tu, lepas tu picit2 balik bagi dia bergurau senda dlm tu... then bulatkan balik... so bila siap... dlm tepung tu ada lah almond... sedap gak!!!

Inti tu kan umi, kak hannah just campurkan coklat cair dgn sedikit susu (biar pekat sikit) lepas tu campurkan badam cincang tu... then setelah bulat2 kan adunan, sudukan je inti coklat tu...

Tapi kak hannah rasa resipi cczu ni tak sesuai lah bubuh inti coklat ni... masa goreng dia meleleh2 keluar dlm minyak tu...

so, donut kak hannah nampak comot... hihihi...

K.Han..resepi dlm buku Noor tu guna ground almond, Noor baru je lepas buat donut tu...mmg sedap lah buh almond kisar..rasa lemak2 gitu..

Dari apa yg Noor baca dlm buku, segala inti coklat, cream atau kastad dimasukkan kedlm donut bulat yg telah digoreng..dimasukkan secara injection menggunakan picagari khas..bukan doctor punya tau..hahahahah

kalu jem boleh kot buat cara cam k.Han tu..sbb bila goreng pun jem tak adalah cair sampai tahap meleleh

Tadi baru buat donut ni, sedap rupanya buh almond yg dikisar halus dlm adunan donut, rasanya lemak2 gitu..ni dia Noor share resepinya disini tanpa sebarang ubahsuai.. sekali buat hanya separuh adunan dah cukup banyak utk kami 6 beranak..

ALMOND DOUGHNUTS

500 g plain flour
35 g fresh yis
250 ml lukewarm fresh milk
80 g castor sugar
60 g margarine
4 egg yolks
40 g ground almonds
1/2 teaspoon salt

Icing

70 g icing sugar
1 egg white
1 tablespoon rum } ni kena abaikan
2 tablespoons toasted flaked almonds

Sift the flour into a bowl and form a well in the centre.
Cream the yeast with the milk and a litte of the sugar.
Pour into the well and sprinkle over a little flour.
Cover and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes, until frothy
Melt the margarine and beat with the rest of the sugar, the eggs, ground almonds and salt until frothy
Pour into the flour and beat all together to a soft, light dough.
Cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes
Knead well then divide the dough into 50 g pieces and form each piece into a ball
Make a hole in the middle of each ball with the spoon handle, twisting the spoon to form the doughnuts into rings
Leave the rings to stand for a further 15 minutes
Heat the oil, place 4 doughnuts at a time in the hot oil and fry until golden
Drain on absorbent paper
Stir the sifted icing sugar into the egg white. Ice the cooled doughnuts and sprinkle with toasted flaked almonds.


Tadi Noor tak sempat buat icing pun, lepas goreng terus salut dgn gula pastu ngap..anak2 baru balik sekolah..ngap2..tak sedar tinggal secoet..malas lah Noor nak amik gambo..lagi pun sama aje dgn rupa donut yg dah ditepek sebelum ni..

Mmg betul lah tu noor... masa buat tu kak hannah tak terfikir... ingat dok masuk je dlm tu selamat... tak tau lak dia berongg2... and telepus keluar.. ekceli coklat tu kak hannah buat likat2 betul... tu psl senang nak masuk dlm tepung tu... but still bila goreng dia cair keluar...

sut...hang try lak wat donut resepi kak noor ni...memang lembut wa cakap lu....:lol.....masa mula duk uli doh tu memang melekat skit then bila lama2 (ikut resepi tu) uli dah tak melekat so senang nak bentuk camne kita nak....

satu lagi tak payah buh yis basah pun takpe...sbb ari tu masa kat kg speed takde yis basah...speed guna jer yis kering mauripan tu...lembut gak hasilnya..nanti masa goreng dia akan kembang tak hengat2.....:lol

yis kering boleh pakai sut....no hal.....cuma kalu dia lambat mengembang tu dun worry...sbb nanti masa goreng dia kembang sekembang2 nyer....lol..& kalu sut nak wat bentuk bebola...elok wat kecik2 jer sbb nanti kembang 2X ganda....
