Oooo...............nih mesti pandai masak laksa Kola yer. :lol
Tp kat sana.....deme pandai masak ikan patin kan kan kan.
Lelebey lagi kat R&R di Kuala Kangsar.

Teman nih memang masak kow kow mamak....Mak Lang.
Santan tak pakai langsung.
Susu masam or tairu jer......
Kekadang tu pun tak taruh.

Lelebey lagi kalau masak lauk kambing!

Kalau teman masak lauk kambing or daging.
Teman goreng dulu......di dlm minyak yg panas.
Agar ia retain kemanisan nya di dalam.(luar jer masak)

Ghost, atehhh..bile komer nak kasi resepi mamak:cak:...teman tak sabor menanti ni..asik dengo komer ceghiter tapi taknak bagi tau secaghe detail..

ffaksa kuala memang sedap..laksa beras..ape ke name makcik tu..lupe pulak teman ehhh..:stp: Mak teman pulak suke apam tepung beras yg deme letak alas daun pisang yg dipotong bulat.. Komer takder ke resepi tu ?:hmm:

Kat resepi apam tu lain..komer penoh makan tak apam putih tu..aleh daun pisang..sedap tau..tak sama cam kat resepi yg ada kat teman ni.Sumer apam tu teman dah cuba, lain bebenor..teman suka apam makcik tu..hihihi..
Huk alahhhh...komer tempek ajelah apa2 ghesepi pun...mesti ade oghang nak cube especially maklang...Udoh tu..jangan banyak ceghiter, tempek lekehhh..
Kat board ni w/pun ada ghesepi mamak tapi maklang nak komer punyer...sbb komer ni banyak cakap skit..org banyak cakap ni mesti pandai masok, iye dok!

opah teman rajin buat apam jenis gitu mak lang. teman nengok senang bebeno die membuat nyeee. kalu teman punye...teman suruh opah buat taruhhhh gula merah. sedappp mak lang harum bau nyeee. kalu putih tuhhh gebusss je jadik nye. ateee....idak le pulak teman nurun ngesepi nye pulok. udah arwah dah ponnn....baru lagi. ceee...nanti teman tanye kan dekat mak teh teman kot die tauuu....idak le teman janji teman cubeee yekkk mak lang. :ah:

Jangan ler cakap cam g2.
Sakit tulang rusuk teman td.
Udah ler jatuh main bola.......kena tulang rusuk last week.

Nih nak tiduq ngiring pun sakit lagik.

Teman cam Mak Lang juga laaaa.
Biler masak tu..........pakai campak jer semuer dlm kuali/periok.

Hanya KAEDAH/CARA dier jer yg berlainan.

Tapi kalau nak details lagi......kena tunggu minggu depan la.
Teman kasi sukatan nya.

For the time being, Mak Lang post ler cara yg Mak Lang masak kat cni. :tq:

malam tadi shida buat pau. kali ini inti kentang & ayam. dapat 8 biji je. shida terlebih yis. gebu sangat jadinya & mudah leper kalau letak bertindan. nak kukus pun kena pegang pelan2 takut berubah bentuk.

kali ini shida pakai tepung pau blue key. tapi tak putih gebu macam pau kat kedai tu. udah le harga tepung tu lagi mahal dari tepung pow kat BWY. rasanya tepung tu sama je. actually yang kat kedai tu depa guna tepung apa?

Dar...pakai tepong biasa ke?...nampak cam gelembong gitu...
last week sut buat pakai tepong bluekey....resepi ikut pada kotak tu la....
cantik lembut jer...buat inti kari ayam.....
putih pun putih....ingat nak buat lagi minggu nie nak belajo inti kacang plak..

last 2 weeks pi BWY lagi. ternampak satu lagi tepung pau. namanya special pau flour. harga RM3 lebih untuk sekilo. tanya lagi kat SA. dia suggest campurkan dengan bread improver. amboi.....naik sungguh le pau shida. tapi masih tak puas hati dengan pau sebab tak jadi putih & halus macam kat kedai. so far, dah 3 jenis tepung pau shida beli, semuanya masih tak puas hati sebab tak dapat seperti pau yang diidamkan.

sut, shida nak putih & halus macam yang biasa beli kat kedai, kat R&R highway tu, kat station keretapi ipoh. memang berbeza pau dia. yang depa buat tu kulitnya licin je, putih, tekstur tepung pun halus sangat.

shida dah cuba 3 jenis tepung pau, tepung pow BWY, tepung pau blue key & special pau flour BWY. semua tak dapat hasil yang macam kedai tu.

shida... cuba pakai hong kong flour pulak. Tepung hong kong ni memang halus & putih.
hari tu sarah pegi BWY, jumpa tepung ni, harga tak ingat berapa.. dlm $3 kot. Sarah cuba buat pau guna tepung hong kong ni pastu ikut resepi yg kat kotak tepung blue key tu... tapi bila uli, sarah kene tambahkan adunan tepung tu... rasanya tak sesuai kot guna tepung hong kong ni ikut resepi tu.
sarah ada jumpa resepi ni, dari amy beh. Dia  guna tepung hong kong.

12g instant dried yeast
2 tbsp lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
500g  Hong Kong flour
4 tsp double-action baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
250ml water
6 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp shortening]


To make the dough: drop the yeast into the lukewarm water together with the sugar. Sprinkle a little flour over the yeast. Leave aside to stand for 15 minutes until a frothy head appears. The yeast mixture is then ready for use.

Sift flour and double-action baking powder into a mixing bowl. Stir in salt and sugar and mix well. Make a well in the centre. Pour in the yeast mixture and mix lightly. Add the water and mix well. Add shortening and work into a dough.

Knead dough well until soft and leave aside for one hour to one and a half hours, or until it has doubled in size. Cover with a damp cloth. Punch down dough and knead on a lightly floured table top into a long roll.

Sarah tak try lagi buat ikut resepi ni sebabnya tak beli lagi double action baking powder tu... baking powder biasa takut tak naik gebu mcam yg jual kat R&R tu..... Shida cubalah....nanti kasi feedback yee
