masalah kecut tu masalah pembuat kek  mula-mula reti buat dulu, ok.tak tau kat mana silap.rasanya segala teknik
dah ikut.masa kat oven membukit tp kecut gak  saya suka chiffon pandan

Kat rumah ni cake chiffon laris betul. Sekejap je habis. My parents dan anak kecik suka sangat. Tapi Mr K tak usik langsung sebab cake ni jenis ringan dan kosong. Kalau carrot or cheese cake memang laju je dia makan...:re:

K suka yg solid le . I tak tau samada M suka yg ni ke tidak. Sbb belum pernah try. Tapi kalau I buat victoria sandwich tu dia suka. Victoria sandwich tu kan kira adik beradik si Chiffon ni gak. cuma bila dia makan V.Sandwich ni tanpa cream and jam dia je. Tapi kalau normal cake mcm buttercake tu mesti bubuh icing. Manalah anak tak fussy makan, bapak diaorg pun 2 kali 5 gak.

Tadi lepas hantar anak sekolah, pergi singgah kedai cina cash n carry beli acuan chiffon cake. Balik terus buat.

Ni dia hasilnye.

Ni first time I buat. Bila resipi kata tambah perwarna I tambah lah. Rupa2nye my pandan essence yg bangsa tak payah tambah colour lagi.

Setelah sekian lama terperam (due to stremyx prob - hampeh), baru ni bole upload n post chiffon cake yg nana selalu dok buat kat anak2.

Resepi asal Chiffon Strawberry. Tapi buat ala2 rainbow gitu. Amik resepi dari buku Bicara Kek Wendy Kor



Cake texture


Yg ni pulak Chiffon castard. Tapi sememeh skit, keluarkan dr acuan masa tgh panas, tak tunggu suam skit. Idea asal amik dr forum ni jugak, sumbangan Bakul Rotan (TQ), adjust resepi ikut selera n rasa.

Betul ni adek, share le resipi nye. Bukan tu aja, cara2 yg letak adunan dlm acuan nak dptkan wave colour2 tu.

I ni tgh giller buat chiffon cake. Dlm oven tgh masak orange chiffon lak.
