tak digalakkan jika takde diabates SG.
sebabnya ialah, seseorang itu akan check terlampau kerap dan timing yg salah
maka byk lah readings dari glucometer tu yg tak sepatutnya dia buat
dan ini can cause anxiety
tapi jika seseorang itu ada dm, maka kena guna especially jika dah pakai insulin
BP monitor memang elok ada.

yg effective utk cek gula ialah dari blood yg diambil dari lengan selepas berpuasa
ni eloklah kita buat 6-12 bulan sekali
