sebelum solat sempat ambik gambar tuh.. hehehh..

bro, ko nyer kepak  tuh dah cukup  mantap.. bg tebal  kan sket upper back, pastu lepak luar rumah buat2 lah belek enjin keta sambil berlengging..

pernah tak korang sakit pinggang lepas main weight???
bukan sakit patah tulang pinggang, tapi sakit muscle pinggang ...

aku sedang mengalaminya sekarang di bahagian belakang atas dari punggung..
taklaaa sakit sangat tapi susah nak bergerak angkat turun naik jer...
last week ada jugak sakit tapi hilang, tapi lepas main kaki ahad lepas sekarang makin sakit..

bini aku pun kena sakit pinggang nie lepas dia exercise last month..
tapi dia lagi teruk sampai badan jadi senget ...

so anyone ada suggestion untuk elakkan sakit pinggang???

itu weight lifting belt boleh elak sakit pinggang ke???

aku biasa rs sakit skit lps deadlift....tp pd aku kalo tk melampau tu perkara biasa.
angkat berat sgt ke?
kalo angkat berat form kene pastikan perfect.
belt tu mmg membantu sapot lower back

bukan la senget sangat, tp aku tk bleh "rasa" sgt.
mind-muscle connection kt situ tk kuat kot.
mebi tk ramai org paham, sellaunye kalo dh train beberapa thun,
kebanyakn bodybuilder boleh gerakkan2 muscle sesuka hati, contohnye org selalu angkat2 dada tu, camtu la.

lats belah kiri aku ni, aku tk boleh keluarkan mcm belah kanan. size sama je rasanye

main kaki berat diangkat ... suma total 25.5kg for squat, lunge @ deadlift ....

ringan ke berat for beginner mcm aku???

masa angkat aku boleh jer buat suma 8rep ...
