nak naikkan badan.. alahai wat per tp kalo rajin, minum ler susu yg bkn low fat, makan lebih skit daging merah, carbohidrat or yg high kalori n fat.. tp tak elok gak amik bebanyak.. owh yer, makan kena ikut time .. n bior berkhasiat.. me rasa kowang yg mmg dah spesis kuwus kewing tu bior aje aaa, yg penting sihat pastu kalo rajin wat 6 pax mcm my cousin.. npk mcm takde isi, skalik tgk perut dah mcm ice cube wakaka... bukan sume org kurus bleh gemuk pas kawin pasal minik masak.. ade yg kekal sampai tua maintain kuwus.. ahahaha... best per...

nae... nanti kita  discuss sblm gath sama kaka jel.. yup, bodigad mmg gi ari2 7 hari seminggu... dia tu tak pantang makan aje, kalo tak, sure agi cepat dia kuwus... tp spesis kami ni takdenye npk slim coz rangka bulat, so, npk kembang ade aaa wahaah .. me takde aa pegi, me exercise sendiri2 aje kat umah once a week, satu jam exercise turun 1kg, ok aaa tu kan khehehhe.. .. kalo tak silap bodigad bayo RM180 sebulan kot...

nak bagi naik bro, naik ngan sihat

konsep: lebih tenaga diperlukan, lebih makanan di perlukan.

ko kena wat sesuatu, sampai otot otot ko rasa perlu berkembang. cth: skrg ko nyer otot tgn, baru ada setebal 10 cm (dari tulang) kalau ko maintain aktiviti ko skrg, otot ko tak rasa perlu di tambah, so dia maintain jer... cuba ko angkat benda berat , amat berat (guna dumbell, test max ko leh angkat berapa, tolak 10 - 20 % (ada kiraan detail) then angkat 5-8 kali sehari).....tu utk push muscle, then angkat yg ringan sket, tp rep 10 - 12 kali satu cycle, 3 cycle sehari. automatik otot ko akan rasa cam perlu tambah, maka dia bg signal kat otak suh makan byk sket. mainly PROTEIN BUKAN LEMAK, ayam, daging, kambing, ikan dan ikan dan ikan.

tu tgn...

utk kaki pun sama.
HARD: lari pecut 2 minit selang seli lari maintain 10 minit , wat 3 cycle, 3 x sminggu. otot paha ko akan nak naik, maka ko akan jadi besar.

hahahahha sblm org tanya...meh tam jawab, tam dulu wat gini, tp intake nyer lebih dari output! pastu ada satu masa (exam + praktikal) tam stop terus.......jadilah tam skrg....

pun ok gak, cam whey milk tu kan, tp tu kena di sertai ngan angkat besi, better wat gym dulu, dah dpt stamina, ok laa sket,. makan dah byk?
lagi cantik, cuma kena salurkan makanan tu ke jalan yg benar. serius anon, ko lagi senang nak jadi berketul2 dari cam aku nih..
