Ranbir Kapoor Dodges Katrina Kaif and Catches The Udta Punjab Screening At Another Location



Ranbir Kapoor is clicked here at the screening of the controversial movie Udta Punjab. The junior Kapoor was all praises for the film and the performances.

Many Bollywood stars caught a screening of the film today. While Ranbir's ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif was also spotted at a screening in Mumbai today, Ranbir was seen catching the movie at another location.

Udta Punjab is co-written and directed by Abhishek Chaubey. It is based on drug abuse in the Indian state of Punjab. Produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor under their banner Balaji Motion Pictures, in association with Phantom Films, it features Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead roles.

Hot Scoop: Deepika Padukone And Ranbir Kapoor Are Back Again!



Calm down this is just for the Sanjay Dutt biopic! Ranbir Kapoor is all geared up for starring in the Sanjay Dutt biopic. The handsome hunk will be seen in a different avatar altogether to fit in the character. Helmed by Rajkumar Hirani the film is already in the news for its star cast. The biopic will be based entirely on actor Sanjay Dutt’s life. The senior actor who is now heaving a sigh of relief after the great turmoil was the one who suggested Ranbir’s name for the biopic.


The film is currently in its pre-production stage and will soon start rolling. Except for Ranbir Kapoor’s name in the lead no other name is finalized. The Tamasha actor who is undergoing vigorous physical training for essaying Sanjay Dutt’s role has not yet revealed anything about the film. The leading lady of the biopic is still not finalized, but it was very much believed that Katrina Kaif was going to bag the role.


The Fitoor actress was apparently approached for the role but seems like her break up with the Kapoor lad has turned the tables. Reports now suggest that Deepika Padukone is being approached to play the lead opposite Ranbir. This means that after the film ‘Tamasha’ the two past lovers will once again flaunt their chemistry.


Even Queen actress Kangana Ranaut was in the news for being a part of this biopic. Seems like, Deepika has stolen this golden opportunity from both the starlets. However, Rajkumar Hirani has shared that he has still not roped in any female lead for the biopic.


Additionally, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amitabh Bachchan might also be featured in the film.


Well, now which B-town beauty gets to romance Ranbir Kapoor in the Sanjay Dutt biopic is yet to be seen.
