Yg jual hartanah tu si ibu.... Hahahaha, complicated sgt ke citer aku...

Ibu si A ada hartanah, dia nk ubahsuai tp x ada modal, so  A tolong buat personal loan 150k utk digunakan oleh ibu dia...

Then A dah setel bayar loan yg dibuat...

Beberapa tahun kemudian hartanah ibu A berjaya dijual, dan hasil jualan tu ibu A nk bayar balik loan yg A buat secara lump sum...

Kiranya A dpt balik rm150k dari ibu dia, sbg bayaran balik personal loan yg A buat berbelas2 tahun dulu....

So kat sini yg buat jualan hartanah adalah ibu, A x terlibat pun.... Dia cuma dpt balik bayaran personal loan dia saja....

So kat sini nk tahu adakah bayaran ibu kpd A sbyk 150k tu nk kena cukai atau tidak saja.....

I dont think so.  Duit tu dikira mak kepada anak.  Kira kasih sayang.  Yg kena taxed tu mak sbb dia jual property itupun lawyer will have to check with lhdn kena or not taxes.  Usually jual first time x kena but subsequent properties yes.

I said this based in my experience walauoun x sama tapi similar.  When i was youngER my sis and i beli property dua nama la kira. After so many years i nak remove her name sbb rumah tu ended up i yg bayar maintained etc she agreed for a sum la.  I buat loan for that amount and went to laywers to remover her name. After all semua tu ada satu form kena isi and lodge to pejabat tanah alasan remove her name was she gave her share to me as kasih sayang ke apatah.  Bila all ok i transfered the sum to her account lumpsum and the sum is much more than yours.  Tp tak de lak dia kena called dgn sesiapa lhdn ke apa ke tanya. That was also almost 10 yrs ago.

Kalau perjalanan sehala ke tempat kerja dalam 30 km, campur dgn jam lagi, sakit juga bila subsidi petrol kena tarik.

Prefer drive sendiri sbb opis ke rumah tak mesra public transport. Kalau nak juga naik public transport, solat subuh kena lebur.

Ni, yg income belas2 k tadi tu. Kalau lebih 30k, mungkin tak rasa apa.

Property sale ada tax.. so si ibu akan kena property tax kalau tak cukup tahun peram reta..

Si anak pula, tak kena tax sbb duit masuk akaun buta2.. tapi slalunya kalau byk duit masuk mcm ni, bank tanya kenapa.. mana tau money laundering ka apa.. itu bkn pendapatan.. tetapi, kalau anak buat loan ataih nama sarikat, dan duit mak tu masuk akaun sarikat.. then mebbe ada isu pendapatan utk sarikat..

Bab zakat pula, iols tak reti..
Problem hang now pasai zakat.. bkn cukai

Part duit masuk akaun tu, x cukup le dibuktikan dgn nilai pinjaman peribadi yg pernah dibuat dulu, kan itu pun buat dekat bank.....

Xder loan tu buat atas nama syarikat, mmg loan peribadi atas nama peribadi jer....

Zakat? Takat 2.5% xder masalah....

Iols tak pernah duit byk tu masuk akaun bank tiba2.. so taktau..
Kita yg kena declare income kat LHDN.. tak rasa LHDN voley detect baper pendapatan kita.. dan isu duit masuk sbb pembayaran balik utang, tak masuk sbg pendapatan setahu iols.. so nak cukai apanya..
