The agency’s rep also explained “For an event that is free, the fans who reserved the seats, if they do not turn up, it will become empty seats, we also can’t force the fans to come, so we decided that no matter what, we still have to charge some fee for the fanmeet”
On the actual day, Kim Soo Hyun was supposed to end the fanmeet in 1 hour and 30 minutes, but he extended it himself by 60 more minutes, and spent 2 hours and a half with the fans.
