semalam= nasi putih + kerabu pucuk paku+ ayam merah..air teh o
today= nasi lemak sesenduk+ sambal ikan bilis + lots of timun+ telur rebus putih jerk+ nescafe

hrnie berat ckit sebab kang tghari duk lama2 kat hspital
nasi lemak (tapi jadik nasi putih cos makcik nie langsung x taruk santan)
sambal
2 ketul hati ayam (teringin sgt)
sambal
sate secucuk
maklumlah hari pekan sehari kat sini
