mine is seborrheic keratosis/jeragat timbul ( jenis leper)..tak berapa teruk, tumbuh kecik2 kat area pipi n bawah mata..
parut2 dah kering n luruh....tinggal sket je lagi..lepas ni nak buat rawatan pudarkan parut jerawat, pores, n whitehead

Ladies, iols nak tanya something ni. My cousin called me up just now. She said someone from the bank nak tarik her car sebab bayar suka2 hati. She still pays the monthly commitment cuma sheols suka hati bayar. The due is on the 5th of every month, kalau nak bayar before due, sheols bayar. Lepas due pun sheols bayar. Then, kalau terlebih shopping for that month, sheols bayar lapsed sebulan then bayar dua bulan sekali. You guys boleh faham tak? Iols pun ambil masa nak fahamkan tadi. Yang penting memang sheols bayar.
So, this morning someone from the bank kononnya called and told her that surat saman dah keluar sebab she lapsed payment for 3 months. My cousin terkejut la and said she memang bayar bulan2 cuma sheols bayar suka hati. The person said, bank tetap kira yang dia tak bayar 3 months because of her perangai yang suka2 hati bayar tak ikut due date. Masa ni my cousin dah panicked. Then, the person asked kalau my cousin selalu transfer online for the car payment and she jawab yes. Time ni lah the person cakap, if you taknak kita proceed dengan saman, I akan transfer this call to my superior and then you terus buat payment for that 3 months. Nasib masa ni, her colleague pergi check on her sebab muka dah nak nangis, so my cousin dapat bertenang sikit. Then she said to the person on the line that she will go to the bank itself and settlekan di sana saja. Boleh pula the guy marah2 cakap, surat memang tinggal nak hantar dah and if she doesn't pay right now, esok mahkamah panggil. At this point, my cousin terus hung up.
So, she called me and asked, betul ke kalau bayar suka2 hati tapi still bayar, bank consider kita masih tak bayar and boleh keluarkan surat saman? I dunno at all sebab all my cars I buat standing instruction. Sempat la I marah my cousin sebab bukan duit takde, cuma sheols memang jenis suka hati bayar.
Sorry la terpanjang pula my story. Iols pun curious, boleh ke bank buat begitu or yang call tadi tu scammer? |

mcm scam ye you! sorry to say la, sbb cara dia force cmtu sgt fishy. dia create panic situation for your cousin. good things your cousin x terus layan panggilan dia. ask her to check dgn bank, org skang nk menipu mcm2 cara. this remind me of byk cases skang pasal org bank call kata ada loan x byr bla2. remember?? pastu tiba ada kait isu dadah la, end up org tt duit smpi satu cikgu rugi ratusan ribu.
so be careful please. i xde keter atas nama i so i x tau how the car loan work but am sure cara org tu sesuatu sgt.

U, kalau laser utk buang jeragat/bumps/reduce pores segala ni kan, effect dia permanent ke or kena buat repetitive treatment? |

Scammer or penarik kereta yg appointed by bank. Tp kalau siapa2 pun call demand payment mcm ni, just ckp elok2 je ok bg saya masa nak check ye. Lps tu terus call bank hotline, bgtau masalah and discuss solution. Always deal with bank directly. Jgn go through org tgh |

Means, even though she bayar before or after the due date, bank still consider dia berhutang? I've asked her to call her bank dah but she has not replied me apa her bank cakap. |

My own experience, kereta first i dulu mmg i bayar lambat every month sbb gaji 3hb, loan due 27hb. Dah habis bayar pun kete tu. Sepanjang tenure mmg i lambat byr tiap2 bulan, siap ada skip 1 bulan. Bila dah bayar final instalment tu, i just tanya bank je berapa ada tertunggak. Dia bgtau sbb lambat bayar tiap2 bulan tu ada tertunggak rm300++ due to late payment charges etc. I pegi bayar amount tu kat HQ, terus dpt surat pelepasan on the spot and pegi buat e-Batal kat geran. So in my case tak pernah ada issue pun kereta nak kena tarik ke apa. That's why i rasa apa2 mmg best to deal directly with bank. Jangan layan external party ni. |

menurut kata owner medispa yg ai pegi haritu, untuk problem kulit like keratosis, skin tag, laser membantu membuang but still akan tumbuh balik.... |

Confirm scam. My cousin called the bank and bank cakap memang they will call but only if ada payment yang tertunggak. In my cousin's case, memang takde cuma she gets penalized everytime bayar lepas due date. Dah insaf budak tu...terus buat SI tadi  |
