1. The following early favorites wore one-piece swimsuit during the bikini round (closed door): POLAND, ISRAEL and SWITZERLAND.
2. Girls were busy throwing their hair left and right while being interviewed.
3. Ara Arida wore a pink cocktail dress for her interview.
4. Israel has a really bad body, and many girls say that using a one-piece swimsuit was a smart move.
5. Switzerland's stomach was kinda big, which was also the suspicion why she wore a one-piece suit.
6. The dress code was so diverse. Some wore cocktail dress, formal wears and business attires.
7. The girls were asked about the reason why they should be Miss Universe, and the things written in the website about themselves.

Michelle Aguirre, Miss Latina USA 2013, arrives in Moscow to compete in the Miss Universe 2013 competiton.
MISS UNIVERSE CONTESTANTS SURPRISED BY AN ADDITIONAL COMPETITOR: MISS LATINA USA
MOSCOW, RUSSIA - Just two days before the preliminary competition and over one week after all other contestants arrived, the Miss Universe 2013 competition revealed an 87th participant. Michelle Aguirre, of Miami, Florida, will join the contest as the very first Miss Latina USA. Aguirre competed as Miss Florida in June at the Miss USA 2013 competition, which was won by Erin Brady of Connecticut.
"I'm very honored to be the first Miss Latina USA to compete at Miss Universe," said Aguirre Sunday morning after arriving in Moscow. "It allows me to show my pride both as a Hispanic American and also as a citizen of the USA."
Paula Shugart, President of the Miss Universe Organization, expressed great pleasure at having Aguirre compete in the international pageant. "Michelle actually placed very highly in the preliminary competition at Miss USA," stated Shugart. "At that time, we offered her the title of Miss Latina USA 2013, but she had to withdraw from the Miss USA semifinals. We couldn't chance her winning both Miss USA and Miss Latina USA."
Aguirre and Shugart agreed to keep her Miss Latina USA title a secret so that her participation could be a last minute surprise in Moscow. "It's just good publicity to have a media moment," said Shugart. "And in 2014, we plan to conduct an actual reality show based Miss Latina USA contest to determine the winner."
The Miss Universe Organization went on to confirm that the first Miss Latina USA will receive an automatic berth in the semifinals of the November 9th pageant, which will be broadcast around the world. "We only think it's fair to go ahead and give Michelle a slot in the semifinals, since she hasn't had as much exposure in Moscow," said Shugart. Aguirre will receive a special seventeeth slot in the semifinals, with the other fifteen granted to the delegates who score the highest in Tuesday's preliminary competition. The sixteenth position will be awarded to Ariella Arida, Miss Philippines, the winner of fan voting on the Miss Universe website.
Aguirre's inclusion in the pageant generated mixed reviews from fellow contestants. "I'm excited to compete with Michelle again," said Erin Brady, Miss USA. "I've never forgotten Michelle's amazing twerking lessons in Las Vegas!"
Miss Philippines, Ariella Arida, who will compete on the 9th in the semifinals with Aguirre, was not so welcoming. "It just makes me concerned," said Arida. "Her English is so good. She probably won't need an interpreter like the other Latinas."
Pageant officials expressed high confidence in Aguirre's chances to do well in the pageant. "It's been three years since a Latina won Miss Universe," said Shugart. "And that's highly unusual and somewhat counter to our business plan."
Throughout the Miss Universe Competition, contestants representing 86 countries will compete in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview. A preliminary judging panel will score all of the contestants, and the Miss Universe Organization will consider these scores when determining who will compete with Aguirre and Arida in the televised pageant on November 9th, as well as who makes the coveted final round of five. The telecast concludes with Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo crowning her successor. Italian swimwear and lingerie designer Yamamay will unveil their official Miss Universe collection during the worldwide telecast by featuring a one-of-a-kind emerald, ruby and diamond swimsuit valued at one million dollars. The new Miss Universe will be photographed in the million dollar suit
the day after the event.
Fans can vote their favorite contestant into the semifinals through the Miss Universe Fan Vote sponsored by High 5 Games. Voting will take place now through November 8 by logging on tohttp://www.missuniverse.com or http://www.telemundo.com.
