aku dulu mase study .. aku rajin gile g gym.. lean je muscle.. aku rase sexy sangatt..
bile dah keje... drive hari2 at least 3 jam jalan jem sambil ngunyah... keje 7 - 9mlm.... perut aku dah jauh kedepan.... nak g workout tak de mase... setakat sit up je hari2 tapi makin malas.... sedih gile.. butang kat area perut tu dah macam ketat gile.. nampak dah buncit padahal baru 23... |

aku baru tau ada thread nih..
aku pun antara umat yg minat nk cantikkan @ bentukkan badan nih..
aku ada wat work out just kt umah..sit up,push up,
baru2 ni beli dumbbell,layan benda ni pulak..
tp mgu lepas baru start keje..keje aku lak menuntut penggunaan tenaga..balik keje je dh xde tenaga nk wat workout..kalo adepun adeh~malasnyer...
aku risau kalo wat workout,xde tenaga nk wat keje aku lak..

adoi yai..panjang dah thread ni...jenuh aku nak abis kan semua...
actually, aku tgh nk lose weight..dh join gym 2 bulan yang lepas....so, far adelah perubahan sikit walaopon x superb tapi bagi aku amatlah bermakna skali..setiap kilo yang turun adalah kejayaan yang superb bg aku...kuikuikui..
as aku join gym tu..aku x upah trainer..yela, aku pon xde keupayaan nak bayar..huhuhu..student lagi..so, aku cuba je la mana2 advice yang mungkin berkesan dr intenet...
so, masa mula2 dulu aku daftar berat aku 94 kg (huhuhuhu... ) dengan ketinggian 174 cm...jadi, sah-sah aku kategori baaaanyak lemak dan obesiti tahap 1.....banyak yang aku kene usahakan...
so, after 2 month..aku berjaya kurangkan 4 kilo menjadi 90 kg...itupon aku x g hari2...cuma pastikan 3 hari seminggu aku work out...kebanyakkannya aku wat cardio...sbb aku rs itu 1st step aku yang kene wat utk switch on balik body aku yg lame x bersenam...jadi, mulai bulan ni aku bercadang nak tingkatkan kekerapan...maybe setiap hari kot aku workout...huhuhuhu...
banyak info kat sini membantu aku dalam bende2 ni semua...yela, aku bukannya atlit ada-ada....cuma orang biasa sahaja yang maleh nak bersenam dulu...huhuhuhu....

nak tanya pendapat sikit..ok ke kalo setiap kali exercise..biasanya aku dalam 2 jam macam tu...bilangan kalori aku burn biasanya around 800-1000 kcal...ok ke? ni cardio la...
bilangan kalori ni aku dapat dr mesin cardio tu...slalu aku jog @ walk dgn kadar intensiti berbeza smpi sejam...pastu sambung ngan mesin kardio ape ntah nama die (yg pijak2 tu) @ bicycle ke...yg penting 2 jam non stop..kalo letih pon aku paksa diri...never stop...even perlahan kene gerak gak..huhuhu |

sebenarnye makan 5-6x sehari tu, utk pastikan constant flow of amino acids je.
tak mesti kita makan setiap 2 jam, kita akan dapat amino acids dlm tempoh tu.
proses pencernaan dan sintesis protein mengambil masa yg lama.
kalo aku nak ikut 2 jam sekali makan tu boleh, tp disebabkan perut aku ni kecik, so jumlah yg aku makan tu berbeza.
contohnye kalo pkl 10 AM aku dah makan 4 ketol sandwich, maka lunch tu aku kurangkan carbs (nasik).
kalo aku makan 2 keping, so jumlah lunch aku cam biasa.
tp nasihat aku, tkyah la strict sgt masa makan tu. asalkan total calorie sehari ok dan most of it protein lah
takut nnti cepat tensen dan tk dpt bertahan....

The fatter u are, the more calorie being burn with each time passed while u are exercising.
U have to know that those machine calculate the calories loss as based on the average 70-72kg weight man.
So, if u heavier than that, the more calories are burn in reality, and vice versa.
By the way, I think if u push yourself towards >800cal /session is way too much...
Exercise smartly..same as the way we study, study smart.
Do WEIGHT TRAINING 1ST, approximately for 30-40mins...
Then proceed with CARDIO, target approx 30-40min...
Personally, I have found that when I slow jog alternating with hiking on a threadmill (for 20min)+ using elliptical machine(for another 20min), the max cal being burned(based on the machine reading) is around 350-400cal...This is purely me...I jog slowly with a speed of 6.5 to 7.5....and when hiking I hike to a max 8 - 9.5...whereas for elliptical, frequently I use the strength of 5 to 8...So, with this regime, I feel exhausted..(after working on weight training for 40 min earlier)..and that's why personally I said if u push yourself to >800cal burn with each session, it does sound excessive, for me.. |

OVERTRAIN the same muscle part, boleh menyebabkan muscle fatigue.
kehilangan size dan density dia.
mmber aku overtrain quad muscle dia (instructor RPM) dan then one day he COLLAPSED. muscle fatigue, tk buleh gerak.....
nak jadi camtu??? hehehehe

absolutely right...after dah khatam semua page dlm thread ni..now, i know...im doing the wrong way..
so, starting from last night, dh tuka dah pendekatan workout untuk bulan ni...do weight first, then after that, cardio...sebabnya, ingatkan more cardio i do, so more calorie burned...penah gak denga psl obsessive train boleh menyebabkan nanti otot yang dibakar, bukannya lemak...but i dunno at what of level, would it be called obsessive train...
banyak info n ilmu dapat dr thread ni...thanks otai2 yang kongsi2 ilmu..heheh |
