actually..if nak minum susu have to start as early as young age and dont stop.. still continue sahja sampai bila2
if umur already above 30 kalsium from milk lambat nak absorb inside the bone..
that's why kalau pergi clinic doc just bagi calcium pil sahja....
take yogurt or cheese everyday... its good contain for calcium.
eat sardine or anchovies pun bagus juga.. the calcium is very high

lepas buka simen x blh berjalan masalah pulak
kena gi fisio......
Masa cuti 3 bln ni le...baru pandai belajar baca novel melayu
kawan dtg melawat bawa novel
so terus jatuh cinta
dia pula baik kasi pinjam habis le
semua novel dlm almari dia akak baca
1st time keluar supping sbb nak gi kerja
kena beli kasut yg lembut sesuai dgn kaki
sambil tu singgah kedai buku beli novel
