bg ai soalan u sgt 'interesting'.. awat kat malaysia kita semua nampak turun. in general sepatutnya ada turun naik... well,hmm u hv good point dear. betul... so ai nampak sebenarnya mixed.... ai nampak ada industri yg do better and ada yg makin turun... business yg makin naik... hmm ok, kita tgk yg paling mudah utk dilihat yg marhaen boleh nampak.... industri fashion, health & beauty.. makin naik.. people making million, and some newcomers pun ada yg dalam generasi muda yg do very well.... internet business, online and digital product, also tgh booming sekarang... pet & supplies pun well ai heard makin boom jua... good business for veterinar, ada kucing centre, kedai2 pets...... groceries and store.. hmmm ai lihat ini mixed..... o&g... hmm ok turun but still profit making... telco..ok turun but still profit making... finance, insurans.. ai thot makin bigger?...
so mixed, but hmm yepp ada yg turun ada yg naik.. ada yg turun tak naik2.. but ada yg naik... hmmm ai personaly ukur dr segi pendapatan vs mampu milik... and to fulfill basic need... ai notice barang2 dapur kalau compare like yep zaman2 belajar dulu, mungkin with same amount boleh dpt beli lebih byk... like dgn rm100 boleh dpt satu setengah trolli.. but now maybe hmmm satu trolli atau kurang.... juga bila pergi restoran.. hmm makin mahal.. buffet ramadhan makin mahal... tp paras gaji u know.. starting , masih sama masa like 10 years back... regardless industry. meaning... ada good & bad.. tp lebih kpd.. hmm mcm mana kita response kpd 'tsunami' be it internally or yg coming from outside... see....kita punya preparation, and future outlook, to find blue ocean and grab the opportunity.....
maknanya, bila masa kita tgh naik, yes enjoy it.... saving and saving , invest, but u know.. memang dia akan ada cyclenya.. yg kita kena always find new stuff pula... ai thot rakan2 bisness selalu iterate the same thing... so ai lihat dr that perspective... as a user.. sbb user like us ni.... yepp benda2 mcm tu very close dgn kita and mudah utk kita cerna.... bila kita pergi ke well u so call kolar biru ni, korporat, or yup higher tier of the pillar... obviously kita dok pong pang pong ebitda patami gdp national growth, currency... even with data and fact still org boleh yep konar baring, and manipulate... twist and putar to incline towards political or well u know personal interest...
so well negara kita... ai thot we will do better, sbb titik paling bottom tu kita dah hadapi.. the worst level or nightmare of 1mdb pun well dah surface like last year, but the scariest impact pun , well gone already.... political u know giant vs giant.. pun dah ok, reda.. so all focus on bn, bn, bn, to stabilize the country and economy... many mega project come to well u see, succesfully on service.... eh. a lot actually.... our currency makin buruk pula but lately kian stabilize... ai thot not really because world has no confident.... but rather yep... many factors... so hmmm... what do u think?
regardless, back to the thread, though byk shutdown, tp byk juga yg baru buka... such us? pergi je ke pavilion bawah tu, ke my town, or any aeon yg sekitar lembah klang..mmg silih berganti... oh ya, ai still remember bila pergi sunway dulu, jco donut memang kena beratur panjang... tak putus2... u see.. why?... tp big apple to me, masih steady.... kalau pastry mcm delifrance well bungkus, ai thot byk lagi pilihan.. mcm secret recipe, papa roti , komugi, hokkaido etc... but ai thot, byk org yg buat cake and pastry secara online, yg sgt2 sedap2, boleh delivery lagi.. so... hmmm .. its like jgn repeat the same thing hat2 yg tutup ni... but kena kaji kenapa ada yg boleh survive dan bertahan...
