ANEKA BROWNIES

ini recipenya......

Double-Chocolate Brownies
source:  majalah Martha Stewart Living

6 tbsps unsalted butter
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cawan unsweetened dutch-process cocoa powder

3/4 cawan tepung biasa
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp garam

2 telur besar
1 cawan gula
2 tsp vanilla

1.  Oven dipanaskan 350 F atau 180 C.  Alas 8 inci square baking dish, kertas lebihkan 2 inci on 2 sides.  Spray atau grease dengan minyak.

2.  Cairkan bersama mentega, chocolate dan cocoa dengan cara double-boil.  Sejukkan sebentar.

3.  Di mangkuk yang lain, whisk tepung, baking powder dan garam.  Ketepikan.

4.  Whisk dengan mixer telur, gula dan vanilla hingga warnanya pudar, kira-kira 4 minit.  Masukkan campuran chocolate tadi dan putar lagi.  Masukkan tepung hingga just combined saja.

5.  Tuang adunan dan ratakan atasnya.  Bakar selama 30 ke 35 minit; kalau test ada a few crumbs.  Jangan overbake.

6.  Biarkan 15 minit di pan; lepas tu simpan di wire rack.  Potong kepada 8 rectangles.

Rasanya:  ada sikit macam dark chocolate.

sis chemp, kalau guna resipi tu, tambah kekacang lagi  boleh ke? Nk kena kurangkan tepung tak? Diba tak suka sangat coklat2 ni, tapi bila tambah badam, walnut +++ tu...mmg cepat je masuk mulut ni..heheh

diba, err, I don't really know pasal tambah kurang recipe ni....tapi kalau nak campur nuts tu should be ok; dan tepung & cocoa tu sama bahan kering jadi most probably boleh kurangkan cocoa dan ganti dengan tepung....

ok...ini recipe yang cuba last week...ada campur hazelnuts, selalunya boleh tukar dengan walnut or pecans....

Chocolate Brownie
sumber:  Women's Weekly Bestfood desserts

150g butter, chopped
300g dark eating chocolate
1 1/2 cawan (330g) firmly packed brown sugar
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cawan (150g) tepung biasa
1/2 cawan (120g) sour cream
1/2 cup (75g) toasted hazelnuts, chopped coarsely

1.  Panaskan oven 180 - 190 C.  Grease 20cm x 30 cm pan, alas dan grease base dan tepi.

2.  Cairkan chocolate & butter - small saucepan atau double-boil.  Alihkan ke bowl.

3.  Gaulkan gula dan telur ke chocolate tadi, lepas tu tepung, sour cream and hazelnuts.  

4.  Tuang dan ratakan di pan.  Bakar selama 30 minit.  Sejukkan di pan.  Potong kepada 16 pieces.

Tadi buat pojek brownies, rasa dia macam cheesecake + brownie, sedapppppp

Sedia untuk di makan







Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies


Ingredients

For the Cheseecake mixture

1 biji telur
225g full fat cream cheese
50g caster sugar
1tsp vanilla essence

For the brownie mixture

115g dark (bittersweet) chocolate, minimum 70% cocoa solids  (tapi saya guna tesco value punya plain coklat ja, 50%)
115g unsalted butter (saya guna salted -dah tu ja ada kat umah)
150g light muscovado sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
50g tepung gandum

Cara2

1-Preheat oven, 160 C

2-Untuk cheesecake mixture, pukul telur sampai kembang, masukkan cheese, caster sugar and vanilla, pukul sampai sebati, ketepikan

3-Untuk brownie mixture, cairkan butter dan coklat (boleh guna kaedah double boil /guna microwave) Kacau adunan butter cair and coklat sampai sebati, tambah gula, kacau sehingga sebati, masukkan telur yg di pukul, sedikit demi sedikit, pukul sehingga sebati, akhir sekali masukkan tepung, kacau hingga sebati.

4-Lapikkan tin kek (20cm/8 inci) dengan kertas minyak, tuangkan 2/3 adunan brownie, kemudian tuangkan adunan cheese di atasnya, akhir sekali, tuangkan baki adunan brownie tadi. Kacau2 kan adunan sedikit dgn garfu, tapi jgn sampai bercantum.

5-Bakar selama 30-35 mins atau sehinnga masak tgh.

6-Biarkan sejuk di dalam tin, baru boleh potong

smlm sempat wat brownies kak 1imas2ra...buat 1/2 adunan jek..

allo kakmas n sue...disbbkan sue dah perangat maklang semalam maka maklang pun try brownies resepi yg ni, sedapnyaaaaaaaaaaaaa...:love: .now i knowlahhhh....brownies n choc.kek tak sama...aiyaaaaa...very very mabeles....nxt time, maklang nak try resepi yg dah dimodifykan tu plak...this is my first time makan brownies...ekceli i tak pernah makan pun...maklumlah tekak melayu :nyorok:

muscovado sugar ni, richer in 'flavour' compared to brown sugar n caster sugar..

selalunya kalau nak buat kek yg sticky/chewy/rich pakai gula ni..nak substitute pun boleh rasanya..tapi mmg kurang chewy sket la kot..

kat packet muscovado sugar yg saya beli, dia tulis

'unrefined cane sugar' the richest dark brown sugar (saya pakai dark muscovado) sbb tu yg ada kat umah.

kalau nak substitute, better pakai brown sugar than caster sugar rasanya..
